my last 2 visits to KFC 5230 Hwy 321 Gaston SC 29053 803 567 2027 have been awful. my last visit on 4 November 2023 at approximately 1700hrs went like this: I went through the drive-thru and ordered the 8 pieces of chicken with 2 slaw sides I also asked that we be given the KFC original because our last order had been so hard. When I got to the window I was charged $31.02 which is not the correct price it should have been $18.99 plus tax, I was not given a receipt this time or the time before. I started to say something about it when the window was slammed shut after she gave me my card. Then when she gave me the order I started to say something and she was on her headphone with another customer and slammed the window. I was tired and did not feel like getting out of my car. when I got home and we looked at the chicken it was so hard we could not eat the skin, we had one breast, 2 legs, one wing and 2 backs with thighs! it was terrible! Our first 8 piece had 2 breast, 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 thighs and it was nice and just right on the crispy! I tried to call the store several times but no one answered and then disconnected. the time before I was charged $18.99 plus tax=$20.51. that chicken was hard and we did not get any biscuits but we did get 2 breast, 2 legs, 2 wings, a back and a thigh with a crust too hard to eat. I did not get a receipt but I tried to call the store. No one answered and then disconnected. I will not return to KFC for a very long time.
Claimed loss: $31.02 and $20.51
Desired outcome: Please refund $51.53 and I would appreciate a response. I do not want any certificates or coupons.
