On February 6, 2020.I placed and online order with Edible Arrangements. I was suppose to have delivered to my sweetheart on Valentine's day at his work. Once I placed the order I contacted the store directly and spoke to who I assumed was the owner. I was told that because of the strict guidelines of his employer delivery was complicated, I changed the delivery to his home address. I, was to have delivered a teddy bear, ballon, 6 -count dipped fruit box: chocolate dipped strawberries, blooming heart Petite, foil ballon. That's what I paid for. What he received was totally different. He did not receive the dipped strawberries, bear was dirty and the petite heart looked a mess. The fruit was not fresh as they promised. The delivery was made at 9:45 pm with a "we were very busy' excuse, although I paid $20 for delivery and they advertise a delivery cut off time at 9:pm for resedential so we missed our dinner appointment. I am so heart broken. Te day was ruined. I will NEVER use ediable again. The worse part of it all, I that I've been calling then since Friday and only get a dumb recording. Unacceptable
