I am writing this complaint about the store manager Tracy and the dm which is don. My son is employed by roses express in Laurens. Tracy filed a false claim saying he tried to attack her. Which she ran and called don and told him that. Well after her drama show my son called don multiple times. He asked don if he still had a job and don told him corporate would have to view the footage of where Tracy said he tried to attack her, but there were witnesses that plainly stated that did not happen. Don told my son the second time he called about his job that legal would view the footage, but to go back to work the following Wednesday as scheduled so he did. After being at work for a few hours Tracy came up to him very rudely and told him to leave and that he was not supposed to be there. She then proceeded to tell him he was suspended. He told her that don said for him to work as scheduled. She then went and called Don on him. My son called Don again asking about his job and what was going on. Don then tells him he is suspended until the investigation by LP is complete. Don also wanted him to call Tracy at the store and ask her about coming to work and she still talked to him rudely. He had her on speaker phone for us to hear. My son has apparently been fired by them, but never was wrote up for anything or told by anyone he was fired. We have been informed to seek legal counsel about the situation. Don knows they are in the wrong for what they did. He lets Tracy treat the employees like garbage! And after she treated so many like trash quite a few good employees quit because of her. My mom worked at that store also. She has been at that store since before it opened. She helped set the store up! She seen and heard Tracy being disrespectful and she had to find employment elsewhere because she could not tolerate the harassment. And it is sad that my son was there for a year and never had any problems with a manager before. He also suffers from mental health problems which is being handled by doctors and Don knows this. And yet he allowed Tracy to be unprofessional and get away with false reports. Both Don and Tracy have lied to multiple people about that store. Even one of the other employees that wrote a statement was asked to lie for Tracy about what happened with my son. My son filed for unemployment because of this whole situation and when Don got that email, he made the comment he would take care of it. My son plainly told Don the last time he called him he was going to file for it and Don responded to him saying corporate would handle that.
