I just left your IHOP in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. I am horrified at the way I was treated by your manager, and this is why!... A 4 crepe item was listed on your menu with toppings. I told the waitress I would like that plain with no toppings, just cream cheese inside and sour cream on top. She repeated my request as it was unusual. I confirmed she was correct. The item listed for 10.99 on the menu. Much to my HORROR when my bill came, I was charged 10.99 twice. I called the waitress over to the table and inquired why? She responded that the manager told her to do that. She spoke with broken English and a foreign accent. But she did a great job! I said this is NOT acceptable and I want to tell the manager myself. He came to the table and started babbling about how cream cheese "is expensive" and I, "after all ordered sour cream on top". I said to the tune of 10.99 extra? He was obnoxious and rude, and I was so offended!~ I will never return to IHOP again. You need to remind that man who pays his salary... it is not you, it is me, the customer. Your business does not do well enough to make customers angry by gouging them. He was an absolute [censored] and I cannot tell you in any terms how angry I am. He even tried to tell me that it was explained to me when I ordered what the cost would be, he is a Lier... then why did the waitress have to ask him how to bill it AFTER the order was taken. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME ABOUT ANY 10.99 EXTRA CHARGE. The waitress is innocent. The manager does NOT SERVE YOUR COMPANY WELL!
Desired outcome: None needed, I will never come back!
