We went into the store and they were not really too busy manager had kid running register and window people in store were having to wait to make an order. A kid came back from break and she yelled at him and talked horrible to him in front of everyone there. That would definitely be a hostile work place and talking to a kid the was she talked to him was horrible made all customers very uncomfortable and she was very unprofessional.
Desired outcome: Need to have decent people working there and to allow someone talk to a teen that was could ruin his whole work outlook
KFC - my meal and service
I just went to KFC this morning at 10:33am on 12-08-2019. I asked about an 8 pc. meal with sides. The gentleman told me I had to take mashed potatoes and gravy with cole slaw. I told him I thought I got to pick my sides. He said only if I pay for them individually. He was rude and disrespectful. Them a girl came up that said she was a manager and told me if I didn't like things I could go to another chicken restaurant. After being attacked for 10 minutes they finally said fine we'll give you 8 pc of chicken, biscuits, tater wedges and cole slaw. So I had to pay extra for my corn and green beans. Then when I got the wedges home they were paper thin and the corn and beans were super cold. I spent $27.43 on a meal that was horrible and yes I kept my receipt. I want something done ASAP! MY husband and I are very angry. This is the worst meal we have eaten in a long time. A waste of money. If it's fixed we'll give KFC another chance, if not we will spread the word and raise complaints with whoever is necessary. My number is [protected]. My address is 230 Warren Ave. Algood, TN 38506.
