I wanted to be seen for the flu. The PA told me i had to check and call my i insurance first. So i did that after taking a very long 10 minutes verifying my insurance. Im mot feeling good dizzy fatigue ect with having a positive flu test). I walked in pt room to seat down i hand her my cards and i proceeded to inform her that, that part was a inconvenience to stand for that long being sick.. the PA jennifer immediately got rude. She told me they do that as part as your co pay. I said i understand but being as sick as i am that was very inconvenience. She proceeded to tell me that she dont need to see me, i tell her no you dont but i am sick and im trying to tell u this..the PA jennifer. Keeps talking going on and on (rude) about it. I told her i already stopped talking about so why are you being rude, i am here because i have 5he flu.. she immediately hads back my cards and tells me to leave and not to come back here.
