Hello,
My name is David Cantrell. I was going to try one of your locations for the first time on Sept.3 on Medical Center Pkwy in Murfreesboro Tn. as I heard you have really good burgers. I was seated in a timely manner but after 15 minutes I guess that I was forgotten about. I got up and just went to McDonalds for sake of time. I called your customer service and complained and was told I would receive some type of feedback but never did. For the sake of transparency I will now just take to socail media. I hope that your burgers are better than your customer service. Thank you
