Removal of Malt Vinegar from the tables
So I always like to get the fish & chips. I only eat it with malt vinegar, which I found was removed from the tables. The waitress could Not bring a bottle, but tiny little cups of it out. I ran out Twice and each time had to wait for more while my food got cold. I doubt I will return but find another fish & chip restaurant ( have one in mind) that is willing to supply the malt vinegar so I don't have to eat cold fish.
Desired outcome: I really don't care anymore.
Mud pie gone? No! Please!

Why did you remove it? Everyone we’ve turned on to it loved it and makes special trips 40 miles away to get it! You had just put on the menu that you could buy a whole pie and that’s exactly what we were going to do this trip because we brought a cooler to put it in. We’re sooo disappointed! Will you bring it back?

I'm Complaining about an order
I ordered a Caesar Wrap yesterday (Order # [protected]) at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel FL. Whoever prepared it just added the chicken in the tortilla without the order ingredients such as lettuce and tomato. I would like the branch manager to be aware that someone is not preparing the order properly so it will not happen again. I have attached a picture of the food to show what I received.

02-14-22 7:10 pm I called on the phone to place an order and when I asked for a team member I was hung up on. Tried again same thing happened. So I decided to go to Red Robin in person. When I went in it took them to take care of me for 15 mins. Almost left. It wasn’t busy. When I was acknowledged. I asked worker about menu. Worker acted upset like I was bothering her and taking her time. Took along time to get order. I asked for a drink of water never got it. When I got my order items were missing. What I ordered was not correct. The burger was cool the toppings were all over the in container. At this point I realize I wasn’t going to get what I wanted.

Red Robin chili - removal from menu
Our favorite Red Robin (Northampton Crossings, Easton, Nazareth, PA.)
My wife and I love your chili and always order it (2 bowls & 2 to-go) as a side dish to whatever else we order. Our waitress today (01/19) said that starting next week chili will no longer be a menu option.
We hope you will reconsider this decision and restore chili to the menu.

OP this is usually a corporate decision, i have seen this happen with many restaurants. if an item on the menu does not make enough sales they start cutting back on the size or just remove it. other times it is seasonal the item. in this case it sounds like not enough people made an order for the chili so it was removed due to the low sales.
it;s sad this happens, though it does sometimes lead to customers who do enjoy and order a item to write into corporate [not suggesting it just mentioning that it has happened in the past] for its return. I do hope they can assist you in finding a good result in this hungry decision.
We go to Red Robin in Fairview Park//Rocky River Ohio very often.
AND very often, we leave without any food.
Usually there is something wrong with our order or the customer reward refund or birthday burger or 10th item free or any number of problems. AND the manager of the day does nothing to remedy the problem. So we make our usual call to the headquarters and get the usual 15 dollar discount. We were told at the restaurant it could be used on food orders. Of course it is a food order. Last I heard, burgers are food.
Finally, on May 8 2022 we actually received the buy one/get discount on another. Done correctly and girl, Marla, was very friendly.

Yesterday my husband and I dined at the Red Robin in Dover, De. Usually, we get pretty decent food and service. To our disappointment, our food was almost cold and our sweet potato fries looked re-fried and almost burnt.
My chicken was quite salty and my husband's burger was semi cold.
If this is the kind of service that we will be receiving going forward, we'd rather stay home and cook our own food which we usually do anyway. It's nice to go out to eat once in a while but with this poor quality of food, we'd rather visit a different eating establishment going forward.
You need to review the person managing the store and the people that cook the food before serving it to your customers.

Discrimination
On Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at about 1230 hours, my family and I were out doing Christmas shopping. We decided to have lunch at the 1002 Supermall Way, Auburn restaurant. We went in and contacted the male, didn't get his name, greeter who was heading back to seat someone. I said we just want to go into the bar area, which has never been a problem in the past. He said, I'll have to check your vaccine status/card when I get back. I said, no you won't and my party of three departed without buying lunch. It's irrelevant whether I'm vaccinated or not. NONE anyones business. And NO, we were NOT wearing a ridiculous, useless mask! We will not be dining at ANY of the Red Robin establishments EVER AGAIN!
Your greeter or any other of your employees, mgmt, etc, DO NOT have the authority to ask me or any other patron for that matter their health status! They aren't medical Doctors, and the County, State, or Governor doesn't have the Authority to delegate that requirement to your company or ANY employee. Those entities aren't medical Doctors! So, your employee, and Company discriminated against my family by not allowing us into the restaurant. WE committed NO Crime!
Oh, by the way, reviewing your company policy, it says nothing about checking any "papers" or even wearing a mask. It says its optional.
I'll be pursuing legal options for discrimination of our civil rights.

Menu items
The complaint is not in reference to service or quality of food. Complaint is to address the recent removal of the spinach dip appetizer. A must have item that my family I look forward to. The spinach dip at Red Robin is like the blooming onion at Outback. The decking was poor in my opinion. The appetizer items are limited as is. October 2, 2020 was the first visit that my family I did not order an appetizer. While we were sad to see the item unavailable, our meal was still amazing.
Desired outcome: Consider the return of spinach dip.

My sister and I went to the Red Robin restaurant in Watertown, NY 13601 last evening, August 22, 2021. Next time I receive a meal like the one received last night, I will refuse to eat it and ask for freshly cooked hamburgers. The burger appeared to be a 'left over', the cheese wasn't even melted; the waitress took our order and was too soon to have our burgers cooked to be right back out to the table delivering them. I thought it odd but ate anyway. They were not what they should have been and I wish I had said something. Won't go there again. Our meal was not acceptable. The waitress was pleasant and attentive; it's too bad but, the meal itself took away all the positives she presented.
It would be nice to have a refund offered and given if, you expect your customers to come back.

Recently placed door dash order. When opening delivery bag found four LARGE black flies in boneless chicken wing box. When I called restaurant to complain the young man who answered assured me they do not have any flies in their restaurant and perhaps it was a problem with door dash. He was rude and then hung up the phone. I did contact door dash and they were extremely nice and helpful offering to credit my account or return to restaurant to obtain a new order. I ended up asking for a credit. Door dash does not open any food orders once they pick up. Because of this incident I just ended up throwing away all the orders I had received that evening as my family's appetite was ruined. Rest assured I WILL NEVER GO TO RED ROBIN AGAIN!
