Me and my husband have worked for HEB and we both know all about customer service, hospitality and doing the right thing for the customer. We have had problems with 2 people at this particular pharmacy, over and over again. We complained to Top Leaders at least 3 times and still no results. Today my husband was picking up my prescription and was treated very poorly. I was there too. Rachel is the pharmacy tech we have issues with, and Frank is the pharmacy manager we have problems with too. We were so upset once again today that we just felt we needed to report it again. Ok, so here lies our problems. I get prescriptions filled there all the time. They are always extremely rude, constantly make me have to call my doctor back for a mistake they made or giving me a hard time for picking up a prescription a day to early. I am well aware of the rules, and I even went as far as asking another pharmacy about how it works, as well as the rules. So, when I tell you they are intentionally making it hard on us, it's true. There is another pharmacist there named Cathy, that is very kind and never do I have issues with her, and she also explained the rules when I asked. Today, my husband got really upset and said a few things to Frank because he's beyond sick of feeling discriminated against. Frank would not talk to my husband about my meds, even though he picks them up for me all the time. My husband is black and he felt discriminated against for that reason today. Frank is a horrible pharmacist and Rachel acts the same way. They seem to get pleasure from treating people like they don't matter. Rude, uncaring, threatening. Frank threatened me today that he doesn't have to put up with this, and he will ban us from coming there again. There are lots of pharmacies to do business with and I'm ready to take my business elsewhere and to get the word out to others. Please, we have complained on these 2 people numerous times and nothing changed. Today we complained to Dominic, the Unit Director and he didn't seem to care about our issues and was more than willing to let us take our business elsewhere. This is not right. Please listen to us. Thank you. I literally get sick every time I have to go in there.
