I went to the HEB Corporate Office 646 S. Flores St., San Antonio, TX 78204, on February 8, 2023 at approximately 10:00 a.m. The personnel were so polite and understanding and directed me into the phone number of the office to call since they could not help me. They gave me a phone number of [protected] and after explaining the problem she kept putting on hold and told me she would look into it. My husband retired of HEB transportation after 15 yrs of working for the company. He passed away and I notified the company. I was sent the insurance money in a timely manner but they cancelled my Perks card. After going back and forth with Stacy for over 1 year I decided to go in person. After speaking to someone in the office she said she would look into it and assured me she would get back with me no later then Friday February 9, 2024. As of today February 19, 2024 no one has yet to call me back. I am not asking for a lot only to get my card restated to be able to get the 10% discount since my husband told me that HEB was known to take care of the family member's of employees. I have kept in touch with widows of HEB employees and they still have their Perks Card. Is it asking for too much? I gave her her my husband DOB, SS# and perks card number? What happened to customer service?
