As so many others are reporting, a long delay in delivery. The sofa we ordered in March 2021 was supposed to be delivered in October. We're still waiting. The salesman says it's waiting to be shipped. That was the status a month ago. It was a special order so they want 50% to restock if we cancel. Who knows when we'll get the recliner. Going on 10 months and I'm about to contact my lawyer.
Desired outcome: Delivery of the furniture I've paid for

I purchased this product along with a chair on 1/3/2021. I was told that it won't be in till June. June came and went and no furniture, then I was told August 16th. In June, I tried to cancel order and they told me it would cost 4000 to cancel even though they broke the contract by not delivering any of the product.
The product wasn't even made yet. August 16th came and guess what, no furniture. They said some were in and didn't know when the rest would be in. Then they said they had till Sept, 16th and then the contract would be void. I know there was a pandemic but is this any way to run a business. At this point I want my money back and items cancels. Is this any way to run a business. I know you sell quality furniture, that is why I came here anyway and was willing to wait to June, but now it is ridiculous! I needed this furniture badly, but now please refund the money and cancel the order.
Desired outcome: cancel order and refund money
I am in the same boat. Contract 2/18/21 and 20+ weeks. Have checked on it and keeps being put out to now May 2022. Unacceptable, I too want my money back. Hear, hear...
