The manager at the big spring location was very rude, and hung up on me after I asked if I could pick up my online order in the pick spot as to waiting in the drive thru. The drive thru took an hour for us to even get to the speaker. The only reason we couldn't leave is that we were blocked in. I've lived in Big Spring for over 25 years and this past month or so the service has just been the bare minimum. Maybe corporate could come down and check out why everyone is so lazy... Maybe bring a couple drug tests
Desired outcome: Just want my the whataburger service I remember as a kid
