On nov. 20, 2019, I had a friend go by to pick up my pain medication, they said was ready. Wgen she got there they told her my dr. Was going tthave to verify. I knew he did when I first called it in. So my friend was leaving and heard them making fun of her and one said oh she's back. Well my friend did not deserve that and did not take it well. After she said she didn't get them and told me about the making fun of situation, I called them, they argued very rudely with me saying it was my dr who was to blame not them. So I texted my dr. And he called them again. When I finally got to get them the next day, they would only give me a.7 day supply. I said that has never happened before. The pharmacist who was rude said it's your insurance. So I got the 7 day supply, knowing my insurance wouldn't do that either. I live 25 miles from your pharmacy and am on a fixed income, I can't afford to go back every week fora prescription that was called in for a 30-day supply in the first place. I saw the prescription online and also my dr told me that's what he did. Why are they treating me this way. I feel like getting a lawyer and suing the pharmacist up there.
I am not in good health and do not need this frustration. Will you please do something about this rude and uncaring workers you have working up there please, or I will talk to a lawyer.
