The day time crew is horrible, I've pulled up to the drive-thru window on multiple occasions during my lunch hour and sat waiting for 10 minutes before honking my honk and they were rude. One time they completely ignored me, another time they said I'm working here I said you could've fouled me, another time after waiting 15 minutes they told me that my prescriptions required prior authorization after the doctor has talked to them on multiple occasions telling them it has to be name brand for the insurance to cover. I asked for them to make a note on the boys accounts and they tell me every time that they have made notes the day time pharmacist doesn't read the notes she sees prior authorization and sets it aside doesn't call or text just let's it sit

CVS - Pharmacy
12/30: given positive diagnosis for covid - dropped prescription off at 8:15 (pharmacy opens at 8, opened late, was told my prescription would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. Called back in 2 hours and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. Left my home and received a phone call that crosby did not have my prescription and that it would be ready at Sheldon Road in 15 minutes. Called Sheldon Road and was told it would be at least an hour. Lied to time and again.
1/3: Called for another prescription, male pharmacist on duty at 10AM would not give me his name. Had him on speaker phone, my husband is witness he was extremely rude to me.
Nobody in this town has anything good to say about this pharmacy, I have written before and dont get any answers. This store needs to get rid of everyone that works there and get people that care. They run out of medicine you routinely get, they keep you waiting in line 15 minutes and longer, they are rude and they do not care.

Sadly it is EVERY CVS !
And the mail order provider CVS Caremark is worse.
How they are able to stay in health care or business is pathetic!
I have had more issues with CVS & Caremark than I could possibly keep tract of!
Shameful the incompetence with in this crooked organization
CVS - pharmacy staff, services, attitude and reputation
I have lived in Crosby for 30 years. I am not sure how often your marketing department or customer satisfaction personnel check social media for reviews. This Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. No concern for customers at all and this is over & over & over. They don't care if they are out of medication, they don't care how long you wait for medication, they don't care how long you wait in line, on the phone, they do not smile or say hello. This store in general should be closed based on the level of customer satisfaction in this town. Specifically we have a pharmacist name "OC" I was told nobody in the store 'has a clue' how to pronounce his name because he is from somewhere else. Haylea - the Shift Manager at Crosby - on 2/6 at 9:30 AM is who told me this. On 2/5 at approximately 10:30 AM I went to pick up medication. One of my prescriptions required an ID, I did not have one and OC told me he could not fill that one. At the time - I was very upset because I did not know where my ID or bankcard was. I sat going through my purse, then drover off and drover home to see where these items were. I located them and drove back to the pharmacy. This was in the space of about 10 minutes max. I got back and OC told me that I could not pick up my medication because he returned it to stock because I ignored him. I told him I did not hear him and he basically called me a liar. I told him it was against store policy to return prescriptions to stock until a certain amount of time went by. I NEVER TOLD HIM I WAS NOT COMING BACK. This man stood at the pharmacy window and argued with me well over 5 minutes. He informed me he was MY DOCTOR, he was the store manager, he is 30 years old and deserves respect and he would not listen to a word I said or stop arguing. This is disgraceful behavior. When I finally got a word in I told him I wanted my medication and he finally said he would have to pull it all again and it would be 5 - 10 minutes. I am not stopping with this complaint. I am covered by Aetna Insurance and am reporting this to Aetna and to Caremark. I will contact every social media avenue and copy the complaints that have already been filed against this store. Action must be taken. If you were to randomly poll 100 people that went to that pharmacy in a 7 day period, I absolutely have no doubt that at the very least 75% would tell you the pharmacy is a disgrace.
