First off I placed an order through the drive-through. Not once, not twice, but the third time. He attended on the speaker continually repeated the order back to me incorrect. Finally after the third attempt I felt he had gotten the order successful. I ordered a double meat burger with the bacon and jalapeños add it to it and another burger that was just cut the onions . When I went home with the order the double meat only had onions and bacon and cheese on it no lettuce or tomatoes. The second burger had bacon and onions on it with the vegetables. The only correct thing was the french fries and the drink. I called back and spoke to Alex which said he was the general manager. He understood absolutely offered for me to come back and he would fix the order correctly. I had worked 12 hours that particular day and was tired and ate a sandwich. I brought the receipt back as he requested me to do . It was approximately a week to a week and a half later I walked in. Ask for Alex. The gentleman at the counter said that Alex was no longer there. His name was Nicholas. When I tried to explain to him and ask him questions he was very argumentative and rude. Nicholas, told me he had taken Alex's position over. He himself went in the back and made the order up himself. When I went home with my order that was made correctly. The burger tasted horrible it was is if he put something on the burger. We threw the order away. I did not nor do I trust Nicholas or the Whataburger on 9130 Barker Cypress. I will never go again. What is really sad I had an exchange student from Poland with me and we have been to several water burgers and he loves it. He also calls his mother and father and tells them how great it is. But not only did you disappoint me very badly he Was disappointed as well. The Whataburger is at 9130 Barker Cypress. I will go out of my way to go to another burger joint that is close to me sad. I was a loyal customer. This is not the first issue I have had with the drive-through service. As well as the food service.PS I have been all over the country and as far as Whataburger go I always pull into Whataburger throughout the state of Texas. Sad I was a loyal customer.
