3500 northeast loop 820
Fort Worth, to, 76137
My name is Krystal Jackson. I was staying there. And I was asking if I could stay little longer but the price is high and I couldn’t afford it. They told me I will have to leave Friday 7/14. I packed my stuff ready to go. So I took the last shower. The manager came in without my knowledge. I was still in the bathroom. He scared me and he wanted the keys back. I was going to do that after I take a shower. He didn’t have to come in like that. That’s so unprofessional. He needs to be reported. And Kayla need to be reported as well. They were not nice. I am deaf and if nothing you can do about it. That’s fine ADA deaf law will helps me. Thank you !
I understand. But they knew I’m deaf.
Budget Suites of America - Pool & internet
Since the pool opened for the 2022 summer season, it has been consistently closed due to algae. The pool is not maintained correctly. The hours of use are limited to 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., but the pool isn't always opened promptly at 11 a.m., if at all. This location has many children, and the pool is the only way that kids aren't locked up in the rooms all day. Children aren't allowed to play outside either. If kids play outside and the parents aren't standing outside with them, you are written up by security and threatened with a fine or expulsion. The temperatures are over 100 degrees; it's difficult for parents, especially older parents, to be outside the entire time, especially without shade. At least in the pool area, there are tables with umbrellas and the pool where parents can cool off with their children.
The second issue is the internet. Residents have to pay $7.50 per device for seven-day access to the internet, which is labeled as "high speed." Unfortunately, the internet speed in the complex is anything but "high speed," making it difficult to work, do summer school work or browse the internet.
Desired outcome: Better care of the pool area and some bandwidth for allowing children to play outside. As to the internet, break it down into two levels. Basic internet free and upcharge for truly high-speed internet.

Budget Suites of America - denied services
I was turned away and denied a room because I had once been charged, and wrongly so, with assault. Not convicted which I never was but simply charged for it. It was thrown out and never ever got close to an actual courtroom. I believe that I was treated illegally and disgracefully by your employees as does the attorney I spoke with. FYI this was 16 years ago.
