During my conversation he was rude and kept repeating to me what I had asked him about mail delivery. I had mentioned that I had used the service years ago and wasn't sure if the account was still active. I was in the process of getting a prescription refilled and he needed to contact the doctor for approval. The issue was he deliberated was being confrontational. I was going to request that the prescription be mailed to me once it was approved. Simple as that. However, he kept going back and forth about what could be delivered and what couldn't when I told him I was aware of the policy. I has already revealed to him I used the service years ago. In the attempt to get the medication sent by mail I asked if this could be delivered more than once due to him continuously saying the same thing. (Can This Be Delivered) and I ask if he could check to see if my account was still active and he said he didn't know.
Desired outcome: As a customer I didn't appreciate his tone of voice and at the during the phone call he was professional at all. He had no understanding whatsoever. I gave him no reason not be courteous. So yes I would think an apology is necessary.
