On 7/25/2023 I went to Whataburger as I always do every morning, there is always a long wait time for your order. today the wait time was extremely long I waited over 15 minutes for my order. As I waited no one came to the window to say anything. The manager finally came to change out the cash drawer and she didn't say anything either. This seems to be the case at all locations in this area. I understand its hard-to-get good employees, and the abuse the employees have to put up with.
Desired outcome: I would just like for the company to do a better job at customer service.
