McDonald's - Customer service

Just want to say I’ve worked in fast food all my life and this is just not how to treat customers…

My big family (15) decided they wanted to go to McDonald’s so we went before ordering I stated it was going to be a big order . He said it’s all fine . We proceeded with the order 26 burger in total I could hear him (cashier) repeating the order to the kitchen people and I could hear them (kitchen) talking bad about how many it was . I let that go i proceed to pay that went well as always . Went to second window and got half my order which was 4 cups of ice and 4 large fries then was told to pull up for the rest .waited about 15 min before they brought the rest out by that time fries were cold and ice was half melted (it’s a hot night). The young lady brought out the rest of the food was a bit rude we asked “you sure everything is in here we have a 15 minute drive and we don’t want to have to come back” she said “yeah but you can count “ and walked away didn’t even let us answer back .so we get home and we are handing out the burgers to everyone and we are missing 5 burgers so 5 people didn’t have they’re burgers we decide to call back let them know we were missing few burgers they answered with “hello” no hello this is McDonald’s no nothing proper just hello I asked is this McDonald’s because I mean who answers a restaurant phone hello and who ever answered said yea it’s McDonald’s we asked to speak to a manager and she said they are busy that’s all they are busy uhm okay we’ll I proceed to tell her what was wrong with my order and that I had asked before we left if it was correct before we left and was told yes and I told her I just spent $81** and I should’ve got my food correct she told me I should’ve countered before I left that she is busy and is not going to take a complaint right now that she can just take my name and number then I said she didn’t have to be rude and said the same back and hanged up tried calling back and it kept giving me a busy signal .. this is not great customer service this is not how you treat someone that has gave you there money to do one simple job and be polite to a customer I understand if they were busy they didn’t have to be rude people like that do not need to work in fast food if they can’t do a simple thing as to be polite I hope something is done about this or get better training onto how to talk to people ,

Desired outcome: Hope to get a response and some money back !
