Act [protected] 1) 3 months ago I changed my credit card at PS.
Received a collection call from Ben at Property 08409. I knew that it was impossible. Traveled a long distance to Ben- again presented my (new) credit card to be used. I was assured that the problem was solved.
Early this month received 3rd erroneous call from Ben when there was over $1, 000 available. He had me run my card through the reader again.
2) I first went to PS on Preston Rd. in Dallas, TX. Nice lady told me that the total I would have to pay is $129 and first month would be $1.
Both assertions were wrong. $11 for ins.- no $1 deal.
For resolution of these problems I am asking for 2 months free rent. Called headquarters this morning and was referred to Dist Mgr. He did not return my call and he did not know anything about my complaint. If we do not find a resolution to these 2 problems I am moving out.
