I made a visit to ntb on december 9, 2019 and was given information regarding new tires. I went home that afternoon and my husband and I agreed to go with cooper tires... With that being said I made sure to call on december 10, at around 7:20am to make an appointment for 3:30pm that same day. I even stated that I would be going with the cooper tires. The associate that answered said "great, see u at 3:30."
I showed up at 3:30 and was told 15 minutes into getting my car dropped off that they didn't have the cooper tires on site and would have to get them from another location. They said it would still take from that point 1 hour and 45min to get my tires, alignment, and inspection.
Two hours later, after me asking/checking on the situation, I was then told the tires were still not there. No one ever came out and said anything to me. No one ever said "hey, I am sorry this has happened, but u might want someone to pick you up" nothing! 2.5 hours later I finally said "how is this happening if I even called this morning to make an appointment and request cooper tires?!" the associate was not as sorry as you would think in a situation like this, which clearly was the poorest customer service on every level. I then asked for any kind of discount. It was clear he wasn't willingly going to offer anything. He gave me a minimal discount considering the situation.
I did my part by calling that morning and making the appointment with the requested tires. What part did they full-fill? I was there from 3:20ish until 6:40ish! Horrible experience and would absolutely not ever go back to this location!
