I had a prescription called in for an allergic reaction when I went to pick it up they said I needed preauthorization from my doctor. I called the insurance and they said they never received the prescription and that the meds I needed does not need preauthorized and they again said they don't have a record of any rejections on my account. I called cvs back and they said there was nothing they can do sorry we can only go by our system. I said I can't get my meds because the insurance didn't receive it and cvs isn't doing anything to fix it. She wouldn't even listen to what I said. She keeps telling me to call the doctor when this issue is with cvs not doctor and not the insurance
Desired outcome: To get my prescription
Very pissed off customer
