National Tire & Battery [NTB] - Unethical behaviour

On the evening of Thursday, March 18, 2021.. that evening my appt was scheduled for 6pm for an Oil Change on my 2005 Nissan Murano
I had been waiting about an 1hr before I heard from one of the guys who was working on my car named Tony in which he stated to me that all the other guy named Quinn had to do was put the oil in my car and he should be done shortly. I noticed Tony and Quinn were having a discussion inside the store and it looked like it was a heated conversation. Quinn walked off like he was upset about something Tony said to him possibly. There was another person in the store that also saw Tony and Quinn in a upsetting conversation. So I decided to walk outside towards my vehicle and saw Quinn at my vehicle an looks like he had completed the oil change and all of a sudden, I saw him slam the hood of my vehicle down! not just a drop slam! Quinn body slammed my hood down! I immediately went in and told Tony what happened and asked him to talk with him to see why did Quinn do that to my vehicle? Tony came out and I asked Quinn 'Why did you body slam my hood down the way you did? I was upset and crying continuously and upset already because I couldn't believer what I had just saw. Tony said he heard the slam from inside the store. and also the person in the store stated the same and the person that was parked outside the store said they heard it as well when I came outside towards my vehicle. I kept asking Quinn why did he do that? I said you must be upset with Tony for whatever reason in the conversation you guys had before you left out of the store and proceeded to the garage where my vehicle was. Quinn looked surprised when he realized that I had walked out of the store and walked towards the entrance where my vehicle was where I could see him body slam my vehicle down. Tony asked if I was okay because I was crying uncontrollably. I was in disbelief that what I saw was not real. but it was. I told Tony that when I went back to my car when he backed it out. It was getting dark at the time. I was looking at my vehicle for damages and noticed my hood was going down as I raised it up. my shocks on my hood would slowly come down as they had never did that until after the incident also my glass on the front of my vehicle was already cracked but I checked it and noticed that it had cracked more. I showed Tony my hood and the crack in my window and asked him if they had cameras and audio in the garage, he said yes. I said okay. and asked Tony would he inform John Guzman who is the manager there at NTB in the morning, he stated that he would. Tony appeared to be nervous because I was crying and upset about my car being damaged. Tony had I shared with me that he was dealing with not being able to see his parents in Mexico and I told him that I would keep his family in my prayers. The person in the store asked me if I was okay and to be careful driving home. I had never experienced anything like this w/NTB before or anyone regarding my vehicle. The person in the store stated that she would not be returning to NTB anymore. Tony told me also that that should not have happened to a customer. I told him to please talk with John the manager about he incident. I had received a print out of what other maintenance work I needed done to my car. After that I was trying to gather myself together before I left. The next day around my lunch time I contacted John Guzman regarding the incident that happened the night before and asked if Tony told him what happened he said no. He said that Tony was not there, it was Friday March 19, 2021. I asked if Quinn was there he said yes. but Quinn had not said anything to him either? To me I felt like that was a slap in my face that neither Tony called John nor Quinn told him what happened the night before. I told John what happened that night of March 18, 2021 after I had just spoke w/John after he left for the evening. John said that Tony would not be back to the store until Monday and that he would call or text Tony and see what happened. Also John stated he would call them both in and discuss with them on Monday and get back with me. I to[d John that I wanted him to look at the cameras and audio and view them to see the incident the night before. John stated to me that yes they had cameras and audio and he would have to email corporate and request to see the video. I said okay. I had been waiting on John to contact me back. John has not contacted back since. In my last conversation with John Guzman I told him that all I wanted was for him to make it right. and from there on I have not heard for John Guzman since. I have given him enough time to contact me given I understand he needed to talk with both men. but now I feel like a fool because he has not returned my calls that I have made to NTB to speak to John Guzman a guy named Aaron and he said to hold on I waited almost 25min. hung up and I called back. Aaron said John was in the garage helping the guys because they were busy. I told Aaron to tell him that I called. John never called me back, I feel like he does not care about me at this point and I decided to take it a step further to file a complaint hoping to get some results, its a shame that it had to come to this being that I thought John Guzman would take care of the problem and in a statement by NTB saying if you have any questions, just give us a call at [protected] well be happy to help. Well I don't believe that at this time and feel sad about a place that I thought would be able to trust to take care of my vehicle and of a Manager in whom I have trusted with work done in the past I can not trust anymore over that I feel could have been resolved. I hope to hear back from someone that could help me with this matter. I did inform Aaron at NTB when I tried to contact John that he had not returned my calls that I would lodge a complaint because there has been no action on their part towards resolving or rectifying the issue.
