I've been going to that pharmacy almost since I bought my house 10 years ago, I get my medicine from there all the time. I had some troubles before but never wanted to said anything cause I like to think people have bad days, but today the Store Manager answered the phone and is been 2 months now that when the dr send the medication they told they don't have it cause he change quantities, so I was trying to found out what I could do so that didn't happen next month and she just kept telling me they changed rules they can just order when they get the prescription, which for me I don't understand that, so she told me that I could go to other CVS and check if they have the medication, so I asked her why other pharmacies could have that one in stock but you that know that this is my monthly prescription (for the past year) you guys don't have it, and also I asked her if she could tell me what pharmacy could probably have it on stock, so she started yelling at me all mad cause I kept asking questions and I was so calm that I told her "you don't have to yell at me, I'm not doing it, so if you don't want to talk to me and help me then put someone else on the phone" so she told me YES kept yelling, never apologize and passed me with someone else that was able to answer all my questions without problem, the difference is that Tiffany, who is not the manager told me what I needed to do for next month, and checked what other store have the medication that I need without having to yelling at me and took less time than the other person, but my surprise was that when I asked her about her name and the lady that was on the phone yelling at me is the Manager of the store Lena, and even told me another pharmacy that is helping me now.
I don't usually do complaints but when you hear a manager talking to you over the phone like that when that's supposed to be the person that is an example and knows better on how to do a Customer service I felt in the Need of doing this, hopefully they'll do something cause is incredibly for me that the owners won't care who you have at the front of your stores, and that the person that is supposed to be the most helpful would be the one yelling and passing the phone to other associates. 605 W Campbell Rd. Desired outcome: 605 W Campbell Rd. Richardson, Texas Putting more attention on the needs for the medication the pharmacy is gonna need so when the customers that go there monthly won’t have problems with the medicine
