I purchased the 3-pack haircut vouchers in October 2022. The valid dates for the vouchers is 09/01/22 - 06/30/2023. I used two of the vouchers. I went to the cost cutters on June 23, 2023 to use the last one. The business was closed, shut down permanently. No other location will accept this voucher. I was told the vouchers can only be used at the location where they were purchased. I am a member of their reward program, so they have my contact information. I was given no notice of closure of this store. I have submitted several times through the Contact Us on the cost cutters website and app. I have received no reply. Other locations are unwilling to give a corporate phone number to me. They are not cooperative in helping resolve this problem. No one will take the voucher I bought. I paid for three haircuts when I bought this 3 pack of haircut vouchers. I used only two of them. Cost Cutters owes me a haircut or a refund for the cost of one haircut.
Desired outcome: I want a refund for one haircut, or a haircut with no charge.
