I placed a custom order that was to be ready for pickup on February 15th the day after Valentines Day. I was not able to order a custom order the day before or on Valentines Day so I placed my order for the 15th at 10:00 am pick up time. This order was called in two weeks in advance. I showed up to pick up my order on the way out of town at 12:30. This should have given them plenty of time to have my order ready. When I arrived the customer service clerk told me that they only had three people working and they were running behind. She said well let me see if I have what I need to make your order. She didn't apologize for not having my order. She walked to the back room and came out a few minutes later to ask what message went on which box which I made perfectly clear when I placed the order. Her demeanor was rude and short. I literally waited for an additional 25 minutes and during that time two other customers came in. The same lady came out each time and told one customer that they were running behind and asked them to return thirty minutes later. The second customer was there to make a return. They were unhappy with their purchase. When the clerk brought my order of two boxes out I was very disappointed. I order two boxes, each box had three chocolate chip covered strawberries one box with three chocolate swirled pineapple and the other with banana swirled chocolate. The pineapple and bananas were fine and nicely done; however the strawberries were very small and looked green where the chocolate wasn't covering. I was extremely unhappy but after waiting so long I couldn't leave without my gifts that I was delivering. I wish I could have asked for a refund. This was my first time ever shopping with edible arrangements, and I guarantee it will be my last.
