Brinks canceled one account and started another but both accounts have wrong information. I was Informed in march 2022, that the reason the rate went up was are contract was done. And they wanted to know if I wanted another account. I said no. Yet From march till now have had nothing but issues with billing saying we have not paid our account, yet have verified several time that the account number is correct — 685 this is what has never changed and has been verified by multiple people there at brinks. I have asked several times to speak to a supervisor and never received a call back. then have to call back to the customer service line wait on hold to 20-30 minutes and then have to explain the issues in every detail again and again for every call. No one will give me the ticket number for this issue and no-one has any notes, so no-one has but anything into the information on the account or they are putting it on a wrong account. Brinks finally stated the account we had was correct but the payments were going to a different account. They were going to give refund to bank, but we now will have to re-pay again to the account that we have been paying to all the time, so we will have see if this will fix the issue or not. cadine was very condescending and refused to listen to what was being said always went back to what seemed to be a script. She did finally did get the payments maybe re-routing. But sill would not do anything about the account now saying we still had 11 months on a contract that we did not agree to, nor have we ever agreed to have the Maintenance added.
Desired outcome: We will pay what is owed, then I would like the account canceled, and never to be called from Brinks again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
