EP Number 0060967818346111506001- from FebruaryThrough April I had been dealing with individuals who was aware of problems with refrigerator. We have lost and spent over 1,000 dollars in food, ice and food that was freezer burned. It was to my understanding that the resolution center would be taking care of this. As of May 1st a new company took over and was not given any information about my claims or case numbers. Each time you call they over talk you and do not listen. A company came out, Virginia Electronics and reported back that a new freezer door and 2 man operation would be needed. I received a call saying that someone else was coming June15 without my knowledge. I called to reset due to husbands operation and now it will be June 21st. They wanted a second opinion. Precision had already stated that a new freezer door was needed in April. Resolution began then and now we are starting over. Each phone call is about 1 hour in waiting time with the person hanging up if they cannot answer your question.
Desired outcome: Buy out of refrigerator with a check as I do not want to do business with Lowes again and a check for food ruined as well as water, ice and other needs bought daily.
I have already sent you a complaint yesterday and Zi am sending another one today. I received a text message that a technician would be at my home today between 11-2. After not showing up I called the company at [protected] and was informed that case was closed on my refrigerator and to contact advantage service which is an hour wait. I have had to move things around for this surprise appointment when called at 10:00AM. I received 4 calls on this order with absolutely no one correcting situation. I am now being told it will be June 21, between 12-5 claim number [protected]. What in the world has happened to your company. It is obvious I am not the only one complaining.
