I am complaining this CVS store because I could not get my medicine after I submitted my prescriptions three days. I submitted my prescriptions to CVS on Sunday (JUL 25) and was told to pick it up tomorrow afternoon because they needed to get more information from the doctor. I went back on Monday evening but I still could not get it. I was told their computer was done, and let me go to back home and wait for their call after the computer was fixed. I were waiting until Tuesday evening (24 hours after) no one call me back, and then I called them and asked if the compute was fixed? Answer is 'Yes'. I complained why nobody calls me back? I said can I talk to manager? Thinking letting manager know how hard to get the medicine from this store! The manager picked up phone (she told me her name is Van). She even did not say 'Sorry' after I describe what’s happened. I found she was the same person who let me wait CVS call one day before ... The manager in this store even had this kind service, how do I expect other person doing in this store?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Incompetent, dismissive pharmacists
I called this CVS head of time and was informed that I needed no appointment for a flu shot. When I arrived the pharmacist told me to come back in 30 minutes, not for a flu shot, but to register for the flu shot. I was confused. When I asked about the no appointment for the shots messages, she rolled her eyes and said, "yeah, yeah. ok. Give me your insurance card."
She was clearly annoyed about having to wait on me. She spent the next 25 minutes typing away dramatically on her computer, looking at my card, then back at her screen, blowing out her cheeks, huffing and puffing exasperate as I stood there quietly.
When she finally looked up and addressed me, she told me that my insurance had a problem. They did not have me registered. "No flu shot". She pushed my card back to me in a contemptuous manner, turned, and started typing away at her computer again.
I was shocked. I immediately called my insurance while still standing there. Mid-sentence with my insurance the pharmacist suddenly discovered... my insurance actually DID have me registered.
She had been typing the wrong name into her computer over and over. She abruptly told me this in a way that made it sound like this was the insurances fault, and she was really being put out by having to wait on me. Then she ordered me to leave and come back in another 30 minutes.
I was shocked at how surly and unprofessional she behaved, in plain view of her boss, who made no effort to diffuse the situation, but behaved as if this behavior was business as usual.
A gentleman waiting for a prescription quietly watched this entire exchange. Afterward, he raised his concerns to the lead pharmacist who was dismissive and apathetic to him. He approached me and explained how he had the same issues in the past with these same pharmacists on more than one occasion.
If any of us performed our jobs this way, we would be fired. How these incompetent, crude pharmacists are still employed at CVS is mindboggling.
