KFC - service/ wait time

My husband & I walked in to order the 10 piece meal with sides, the girl told me it woukd be 1 hour & 30 mins,! I was super shocked along with my husband* my family, co-workers, we give this business alot of money. From volvo. James hardie, etc.. Its alot of business. Anyway I said what? And asked for a supervisor, when he approaches me, he agreed I could wait or leave? I said sir, u have no customers in the lobby/drive thru... Why the wait. No response. So, I use the restroom, wait in car, go back in 20 mins.. I asked for my money back, bc several customers after us ate & were served. I did video record. This entire situation is. As I tld him. He glay refunded my money as his employees were scrubbing the floor, etc.. So why cldn"t they cook my chicken? Really upset & feel discriminated. Trust me, all customers heard & saw how he treated me. I hv never heard if a wait time of 1 hour 30 mins for an 8 piece of chicken. Please get back with me asap, this supervisor is sadly lacking skills, manners, or even showing respect. I will post this entire video on fb for customers, if I dnt hear back from a professional associate. Obviously he ddn't care. When i'm done sharing, wird will be out, this store lacks in many ways. Hope to hear from you soon. I've nvr been treated so rude ain my life/husband. And hv customers names/numbers as proof. Really cruel

Really RUDE STAFF, then I ask for supervisor, NO HELP HE said the same wait time, as I video'd he gt really angry. So waited 30 mins. My husband tld me to get a refund. Supervisor was HAPPY to gv my refund. Really rude. I jv customers as witnesses, along with my ENTIRE VIDEO OF HOW BAD IWAS TREATED. I thought BF I PUT this on social media I would let you know. I have never experienced such a bad time trying 2 order food. Really sad I was treated as TRASH & DISCRIMINATED. PROMISE IF I POST, YOUR COMPANY WILL SUFFER. I work hard long shifts & will NOT be treated this way again & promise if NOT RESOLVED, U WI LOSE ALOT OF CUSTOMERS. PROMISE, YOUR CHOICE. THANKS!
