I brought my family to stay at great wolf lodge in Williamsburg back in September. When I booked the stay it told me the transaction didn’t go through so I sent the payment through again. I was charged for both and called to have one cancelled which they said they did. I checked out with affirm and have been charged for both ever since. I tried to get it resolved with them and was told I had to contact affirm. I contacted them and was told the same thing from them, that I had to contact great wolf lodge. Every time I called I was on hold for over 30 mins to an hour. I talked to someone after waiting on hold for a while and after explaining my situation I was told they would look up my account and then was hung up on and promoted to rate my call. I just want my money back because I’m not paying for the same stay twice. My reservation number was #[protected] and the one that was supposed to be cancelled was #[protected] from September 3rd-4th. Great Wolf Lodge - the hotel
We stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg VA on July 18 and checking out on July 21. It was an absolutely horrible experience. We went to celebrate our sons first birthday. The problem was our room stayed between 78-85 degrees for all 3 days/nights. After numerous trips and calls to the front desk, finally a maintenance man came to the room and worked on the unit, but the temperature remained in the 80s. We were told that the hotel was over booked and there was not a room available for my family. Our family included 3 adults and 4 children. The children ages were 1, 2, 5, and 9. They were so miserable that they do not want to return.
