Happened 2-6-22 at @ 6PM. Ordered dinner from DoorDash. Got a call from the driver who was at the location, and he stated that the restaurant was out of corn and they didn't have the family brownie I ordered. What family restaurant runs out of corn? I advised him to just get me a credit, as I was hungry and wanted my food. Order arrived late and was left on my porch with no notice. I also ordered 2 20 oz. bottles of Sprite at $3.49 each - what did I get? 2 12 ounce fountain drinks. Called DoorDash to resolve this issue. Spoke to Utsav, a supervisor, who also stated it was impossible for a restaurant to run out of corn. He call the restaurant while I was on the phone to inquire about the corn. The person on the other end kept saying "it's on" and then she hung up on him. This is unconscionable customer service. In all my years, I've never had a chain restaurant run out of anything. This needs to be looked at.
Desired outcome: I think, that the person who answered the phone needs to be retrained in how you treat a customer. I would like some kind of compensation for all the screw ups. Suffice it to say, I did not eat the food that was delivered.
