My family a total of 3 people had dinner at the red at bellisfair mall on dec 30 2019 at approx 9pm. We didn't even get greeted right away because they were "busy." Not like it seemed busy and didn't even see someone TIL probably 10 min later. The male host finally comes to talk to us and asks do you need a table? Well in my mind I'm thinking what kind of question is that of course we need a table. We said we were waiting to be seated. He then went to look for a table that took like 5 min. While he was showing us to our table the atmosphere was horrible lots of tables uncleaned and very messy. Also the restaurant smelled it had a weird smell kinda like a foul dirty smell to it. His response was ohhh it got busier then we thought. We ordered 2 burgers and a drink not a big order. When we got our food we were hungry and then after eating a few bites my husband says oh my ur mushroom burger is not cooked it's really pink. So we took picture of pink raw burger horrible service serving raw burger. We let the male waiter know and he was like we will make you another one. I really didn't want to eat after that it completly turned me off but I was hungry. The manager I think she was didn't even credit us or do anything to please an unsatisfied customer and she still charged me for a pink raw burger that could have made me sick. My receipt is attached. I would like a response to this if not I will take this matter further serving raw burger. Also note the washrooms were unclean messy and dirty. I think this matter needs attention and I'll be waiting to hear from someone. My name is Jeannie Wong at [protected].
