My wife and I ordered the fish and Fries. This has been the second time that it has been wrong. The first time the bartender comped our meal. This time the fish was cooked so hard and done that Neither my wife nor I could eat it. I left my whole meal there so the bartender (Margrete) could see it. I paid for the meal, paid the bill, and gave the bartender her tip. I have only seen the manager come out of his office one time and talk to one person. I have been with a company that QC's a lot of restaurants and usually, the manager will meet great people in the restaurant several times in an hour. I am upset with the meal and NOT the SERVER OR BARTENDER THAT took our order. I am aware that there has been new equipment installed in this restaurant and there should be NO reason for the fish being so hard and dry that you can't eat it. I have read the Complantboard policies and terms and I have tried to adhere to them.
I did not take any pictures of it. but rather told (Margrete and a co-worker) to take a look at it. It is the worst meal I have ever had from Red Robin and my wife and I usually go there once a week for dinner. I will find another restaurant to frequent and will have second thoughts of going back.
Desired outcome: It is not that I want to be comped for my meal, but the staff in this restaurant to get it together and put out a meal that is worthy of eating.
