My wife went to get a 20 dollar fill up. They started asking what pieces & sides she wanted. This is not a option as far as I can tell. They then changed her for a 12 piece meal and charged the $37.99 vice $20 + tax. This is deceptive. We tried to call but after 12 tries all we got is mailbox is full. I called Bremerton to verify price options. This verified my assumption. This hurt cause I used to work for KFC.
Desired outcome: $18.61 refund to her CC. 360.990.6514. I am OK with never going to KFC as I like Popeyes too.
