It figures a new CEO comes in and absolutely ruins Red Robin — you have ruined the hamburgers! The best part of Red Robin was the awesome charbroiled taste and also there are no sesame seed buns anymore? The buns we can handle, but the hamburgers losing all of their flavor as apparently fried now? This is the worst decision and will be fatal for your company — we are lifetime Red Robin lovers and we will never, I mean never order your food again with these horrible burgers with no flavor — this decision will make this company go out of business guaranteed unless you fix it back to proper charbroiling.

Desired outcome: Bring back the charbroiling asap, any one get a burger like the ones you are serving now anywhere-- McDonald's may actually be better than you now. It's sad.
