I asked for sides of teriyaki and honey mustard dressing. When I got my bag I looked in and saw the side container and assumed I got what I asked for. When I got home I discouvered that it was all honey mustard no teriyaki. I called the resturant where Keli told me to come back and when I said I couldn't she asked what she wanted me to do about it. I said I should get at least a discount to which she said fine if it would end this. So RUDE. If this is what you think of customers then I am DONE going to Red Robin.
Desired outcome: Hire management with a better attitude then Keli. She was annoyed I wouldn't drive all the way across town to get the sides they forgot to give me.
Red Robin - Our food was not hot

We were at Red Robin Vancouver Mall Drive in Vancouver WA. today for my wife's birthday. We got her free Birthday Burger and a burger for myself. The food came barely Luke warm. We complained and our server didn't even offer to have the meals recooked. Service was good aside from that. Our last few visits have been very disappointing. Our only recourse is to stop visiting Red Robin's as we have for over 20 years.
