I paid 124.50 to have my hair serviced. I asked for blonde highlights and she decided to gain the look I showed in the picture to add a Peanut Butter (her words) color and highlight blonde. I turned yellow and orangish and the painting she did to "blend" made me look like pieces weren't done and created a very distinct line.
MaKenna (Manager looked and agreed it needed to be fixed. The last thing I wanted was to be more yellow and yet they added more blonde and gave me just that. The toner did nothing for the brassy color(s) she applied. The comment made was your hair pulls warm so that is why you got the yello tone. If that were the case why do it I specifically said no YELLOW. I have gone there before and they are very aware of this. So between two visits I am roughly 6 hours in and still hate the hair . I had to get it fixed and the best with the toner they achieved is the double pic top picture. I would like a full refund and I will promise to never get my hair serviced at Cost Cutters again .
