I hurt my ankle on July 5th. I went to Auroa on Washington Avenue and went to urgent care to get a x ray. When I got my x ray back the doctor said it was bad arthritis and a bad sprain. I was in bad pain. So I went to a specialist for anotehr opinion and the guy looked at x ray from Auora at the new doctor and told me right away I had a Distal fibula fracture in my left ankle. So the guy from Auora missed diagnosis me. I will not be going their again. If u hurt your ankle go to a specialist. Dont waste time and money to go to urgent care.

I've attached a few videos that were posted on Tik Tok of one of your employees (Allison, unknown last name) acting unethically in the work place.
I reported this to the Ethics Point website (NAVEX Global) over a week ago, however, I received no response. I am assuming that they are trying to cover this up?
I'm sorry to bother you with this, however, I believe that you will in fact have this investigated appropriately.
As a concerned patient (this was brought to my attention by a friend) how is filming allowed in a medical office? And then posted to a social media website. There is great concern for HIPPA violations with this behavior. Also, simulating sex acts with herself below the waistline and rubbing her breast area is not a good look for a representative of Aurora. The other video shows her standing on an unstable chair and "twerking" in a sexually suggestive manner, its gross and appalling. OSHA would probably find this disturbing as well. There is also a video that shows the employee wearing a diaper which I assume was purchased by Aurora for patients that actually need them. What a waste of Aurora's money.
All of this takes place in the Euorolgy Department, 8400 Washington Avenue, Racine WI ( Maybe Mt. Pleasant)
I am fearful of retaliation of some sort so I choose not to disclose my information at this time.
I fully understand that HR probably cannot disclose what actions are taken, but please respond to me so I know this was received.

My husband was seen in the urgent care in the above urgent care on 1/27/2021. Dr. Ellen Spiering was the physician who cared for him while there. He has had a severe cough for just about a week that put him into spasms at times, his breath sounds were clear. So, she saw him, listen to his breath sounds, diagnosed him with sore throat, cough suspected covid. His covid test was negative the rapid test and the longer test taken at urgent care. Both were negative. She told him to take honey. I called and asked for the nurse told her he needs something for his cough to help suppress it finally this physician said she would send a script for tessalon pearles. I asked about oral steroids, the answer there was he wasn't wheezing so she didn't prescribe any. I replied to the nurse what about the inflammatory aspect of his cough. No response. Seeing this physician was like seeing no one. I feel we shouldn't even be charged for this visit due to lack of care. My phone number is [protected]. I have had 31 years experience in the E.D. as an R.N. and have never witnessed such poor care. Honey suggestion was a joke, maybe if he was going to make cookies. Barbara Trentadue R.N.

Aurora Health Care - unethical behavior
I have had nothing but trouble since i switched over to Aurora healthcare. I decided to switch to Aurora because i was told by multiple people how much better the doctors are and boy were they wrong. 1st i had to go to the emergency room over an issue that came up and is causing me much pain. The ER doctor had referred me to a urologist at the Aurora clinic on washington Ave in Racine, Wi. The urology dept took 7 days or so to even call me and i couldn't be seen for 8 days which i understand they get busy but that isn't what is upsetting. When i was finally seen the Doctor said that I needed an MRI and that took 3 weeks before i could get in for that. Then a day after the MRI i received a call saying the doc would like to go over my results however he said he couldn't do it over the phone which I didn't understand why. They proceeded to set up an appointment for 7 days later. So then 3 days before my appointment I received a call and they told me that the doctor had an emergency surgery now on that day which I'm not sure why they would consider that an emergency surgery if they knew about it 3 days in advance. So then they proceeded by telling me that once again i had to wait another 7 days past my original appointment before he could see me again. ( so now we are at 14 days since the MRI and still have not been told the results) Now at the appointment the doctor informs me that they didn't see anything on the MRI and that he believes he knows what is wrong with me however he doesn't specialize in that area and that i would have to see his partner. When i asked him why he made me wait 14 days to tell me absolutely nothing and waste 2 weeks that could of been used to get in with his partner he than lied to me and told me that he is not allowed to talk with me on the phone due to it being a hippa violation ( i know this is not true because my wife gets calls from her doctor all the time and i have had multiple MRI's in the past and have been called personally by the doctor each time) I think this doctor and the whole Urology unit could care less about the patients and only about the money. Thats not all when i was brought to the front to set up a time with the partner of the 1st doctor I was told he couldn't see me untill the 30th of October 2019 which was another 22 days that I would have to wait. Now today October 23rd 2019 I receive yet another cancellation call for the 2nd doctor saying that now he can't see me untill November 13th. So here I am still in pain and feeling horrible and once again i have to wait even longer and it will be something like 57 days since my 1st visit now before i get to see him and not once have i been actually helped or given any type of relief I just keep getting passed around and rescheduled and ignored. This is extremely unexceptable behavior and i have never been so disappointed in my life. They think their time is more important than their patients time. I am a father of 4 working full time and have to file paperwork 10 days in advance to get time off of work just to make these appointments and i have to work 12 to 14 hour days to make up lost time just for them to keep cancelling on me it is just ridiculous. I don't appreciate being treated like an animal and lied to and I will be reporting this to the ethics committie
