On 02/06/2021 We went to KFC and waited 30 min in line which does happen we were at window the cashier named Elizabeth took our money and handed us our drinks which were not right after telling her that she slammed window shut and we waited another 20 min to be told to pull ahead which we did. We waited another 15 min to get food and drinks. Our food was cold and drinks were not right and we told her so and she argued with us that it was our fault for coming there while they were busy. She continued to argue with us that they were short staffed and all our fault. We finally left without our drinks and cold food. On 02/8/2021 we called the store and talked to James Theodoroff and he stated he had a managers meeting and apologized and said he would straighten it out. Heard nothing from him so 2/16/2021 called again and was told that he lost name and number so gave it to him again and said he would send something. On 2/22/2021 we received a 5.00 card. Really that's it for being treated like we were. A window slammed in our face cold food no drinks and to be told our fault. How can you run a business with employees who treat their customers so rudely. And the 5.00 card doesn't even cover the drinks we didn't get but paid for. That's like telling us to bad so sad.
