For some reason I was charged twice last month, so I called and talked to someone who was very helpful. They told me, that I should give them a call back on January 27th and they will manually take it off my bill. I just called the same office and they said I just need to pay double that month and they will not take it off my bill. I asked to talked to a supervisor, the woman said it will not help, as she just talked to her. I had to ask a couple of times to get her, and she finally said she would put me through to her voicemail. I had already gotten the ok from last month to call today, and now they are just saying I have to pay twice? This is not ok.
Desired outcome: To not be charged double, as it was already discussed.
