Went in for a sticker and I knew I need front brakes and rotors. He gave me the price and I said that was a little high on price, he then stated that we could blame Joe Biden and his politics for the price. I told him there was no need to bring politics into the high price. He then stated that he would have them back it out and be done (This was said with a very aggrevated and bad attitude, also a raised voice, all which was uncalled for)! There is no need to bring politics in to the price and act the way he did! Would not refer Mr Tire at that location (Beckley WV) to anyone and will not be going back! This happened on 06/01/[protected]@ about 8:00 AM.
Desired outcome: Something needs to be said to this manager, no need to be working in the public with a attitude like he has!! Thank YouRonnie Midkiff3049235001
