We visited your Casper, Wyoming store #E720528 on August 5, 2023 @ ii:14 am. We will not go back, the parking is awful with the handicap spots the farthest away from the door, the regular parking and pick right at the front door. Inside the dining area all of the tables were dirty and while we were in there no one ever wiped off any tables. The dining area pop machine wasn't work properly so we had warm noncarbonated pop instead of them filling cups from the drive thru pop machine. Our French-fries were barely warm so evidently, they are cooking them ahead of orders. Needless to say, we won't go back, it was the worst $26.22 cents we have ever spent on lunch. The Casper news feeds are asking what kind of businesses people want in Casper and everyone is requesting Popeyes Chicken and Chick Filet. That should tell you how unhappy people are with KFC. Also, so in the women's bathroom the floors were wet with puddles and no signs for wet floors a safety hazard and in the men's room there was no cover on the tank.
