UseNeXT customer number 9791352

In the beginning of October 2015 I signed up to UseNeXT and cancelled my subscription prior to the 14 day free trial ended. I heard nothing and then €95.35 EUR was taken directly out of my Paypal account. I lodged a claim with Paypal and explained the above, Paypal refunded my money. Then UseNeXT again took that amount out of my Paypal account! I had to file another claim! I explained everything again and Paypal refunded me. NOW UseNeXT sent me a warning email and a postal letter stating I owe them €106.35 EUR. I have contacted them with the above information, and they are still demanding this money I do not owe them! I am very stressed out about this and do not know what to do

I am now having the same trouble with usenext I singed up for a 14 day trial and I cancelled it in my members area where it clearly says cancel your subscription well before the 14 days trial ended but lucky enough I also cancelled the future payments in my paypal account. now there saying they want a years subscription as you cannot cancel your account that way which is ludicrous ..why have that process in your members area. the past 3 days I have had constant emails from them demanding money which I have told them straight I'm not paying..in your cases I'm not really sure but as I live in the uk I have printed all the e.mails I have had from them ready to take to my local citizens advice bureau to seek legal advice .if you can get free legal advice take the letters with you and make sure you tell them by e.mail or in the support section to cancel your account because to them its still active
bottom line they are a con they say you can only cancel by phone or e.mail I did e.mail saying cancel now they saying I must phone..now they say you can cancel in the support section

I too have been receiving predatory collection letters via post and email. I had removed my billing info from the profile when I cancelled the free trial, but they have been demanding payment for a year's subscription and constantly tacking on admin/collection and late fees. I explained to them that I had cancelled the free trial within the first 24 of setting it up, because I found their service offered no value to me. Their response was "prove it". I couldn't find the email with the cancellation confirmation. I wasn't sure what the best way to word a response would be, since the wording in their emails is very legal sounding as if their about to sue you. So, I just emailed them a very close-up in your face picture of my genitals. I never heard from them again. ;)

Yes, they do send some scam letters. They want to bankrupt themselves. Good luck losers.
