I'm giving it one star because the car did make it to its destination, but this has been the worst customer experience I've had with a company
I'm giving it one star because the car did make it to its destination, but this has been the worst customer experience I've had with a company in several years. There were a number of things that went wrong in the process, starting with the quoting process. I got a quote online for $685, but an agent called me up to say it would have to be $766. It was a clear case of bait-and-switch, but I had no option but to agree because of the time-sensitive nature of the request. I should've known better. I was told the car would be picked up between 3 PM - 4 PM, but instead, I started getting calls from the person who was assigned and he kept delaying it till finally, he didn't pick up the car till 1:30 AM! We filled the car up with half a tank of gas when we gave it to him, but when he delivered the car, the tank was bone dry! Also, the headlights were no longer functioning. I had to get AAA involved to have the car towed to a local repair facility and didn't get the car back till the end of the week and had to pay more out of pocket for repairs. When someone called to ask how the service went, and I started by saying 'terrible', they hung up once and never called back. I tried several times in the days following this event, trying to get in touch with someone at customer service, but after being on hold for about 5 or so minutes, it would hang up on me. Every time. I must have gone through two or three attempts every day for the next several days (including weekdays because you just know that someone from them is probably going to respond about how they're closed for weekends). I finally got someone on Chat but was told, sorry, but that it's too late to file for a claim. My recommendation is NOT to use this company for anything. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever!
Bottom line: Do not use this company for any automotive shipping needs
Bottom line: Do not use this company for any automotive shipping needs. One star doesn't begin to describe this company. They are either staffed with the biggest collection of incompetent people or they scam people. I contracted Alaska Car Transport to transport my motorcycle from Maryland to Anchorage, AK. The motorcycle was picked up on 4 May and arrived in Tacoma on 14 May. I know this because the port in Tacoma called me on 14 May to tell me the motorcycle had arrived and they would crate it up and ship it to Anchorage. On 15 May an Alaska Car Transport representative left a voice mail to tell me my motorcycle would arrive sometime between 17-22 May. Well that timeframe has come and gone and I still don't have a motorcycle. I was even contacted by the same representative a week later asking me how the pick-up went. When I informed them my motorcycle hadn't arrived I was told that they would contact the port and get back with me. I haven't heard from her since that day and it's now 16 June. I went to Alaska Car Transport site on a number of occasions and was told when they hear from the port they will let me know. That must be the first answer in their response flowchart. The last answer I received was there was a lumber shortage. Apparently there isn't enough lumber to build a crate for a motorcycle yet the *** and *** are full of lumber. I've attempted to call Alaska Car Transport on numerous occasions but every number I call goes straight to the same wait queue. On one occasion I waited over an hour. I guess its time to talk to a lawyer. I've told as many DoD employees/military members to stay away from Alaska Car Transport. I'm hopeful I can get the local military bases to put them on the "off limits" list. They say they are veteran owned which seems dubious at best. I could go on and on; suffice to say...Please do not hire Alaska Car Transport!
This company is a scam and should not be in business. You will regret doing business, or more accurately worded, attempting to do business with this company and they will leave you hanging in the final hr. I scheduled a month in advance and then the week of my scheduled transport left me hanging by not transporting my vehicle. Instead, after days of trying to get a rep on the phone or a response by email, I received a reply via "Live Chat" telling me that my car will get picked up eventually, however, they can't give me an exact date. I have done business with this company in the past but it seems it has deteriorated over the years to a worthless entity unable to follow through with their obligations.
We had a death in the family and needed to ship a car accross the state. Their agents were responsive and said it wouldn't be a problem and they could collect our car in a few days (before we left for our flight) and gave us a reasonable price. We agreed and signed contract.Fast forward two weeks. Our car had still not been picked up and several of the agents had lied to us, promising our case was marked as "urgent" when it was not (as subsequent calls confirmed it had not been). Then finally they say they have a carrier, but the price would be 1.5x our initial estimate! I said I wasn't willing to pay anything above the price we agreed upon and they basically said "take it or leave it". No negotiations, no compassion, nothing but crooks looking to put you in a hard place and then take advantage of you. 0/10
While trying to setup having my truck shipped across country, I had the great misfortune to speak to ***, a sales rep for Roadrunner Auto Transport. He was the rudest, pushiest, and least effective sales person I have ever encountered in any industry. When he first called me, he got angry and hung up on me when I told him I had a lower price from another carrier. He then proceeded to email me, telling me that the other carrier was disreputable. He then called me again 2 days later, and hung up on me again when I repeated that I had a better offer. When I called him back to tell him to stop calling me and hanging up, he proceeded to tell me that I was "immature and unreasonable" for not listening to him and accepting his quote, and hung up on me a 3rd time. He also refused to answer me and hung up on me 2 additional times when I called to ask him who his manager was so I could tell them about his incredibly ridiculous salesmanship. He followed this up with another email telling me that the other comapny was fraudulent again. I would steer very clear of this company if this is the caliber of "salesperson" they hire - I am concerned the company isd a fraud.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Their sales people over promise and charge you the highest price of all the brokers and then good luck getting in touch with the company once they charge your credit card. We had a pick up scheduled for Saturday, we were told multiple times that the transport was on schedule. Surprise surprise, no one arrived. Since Roadrunner will not provide you the carrier contact info, I googled and found it myself and I personally coordinated with the carrier to find out they were broken down at 7:30pm that night and that they would be 3 days late picking up. I have had to be in constant contact with the carrier. Roadrunner is nowhere to be found and didn't even know they hadn't picked up my car 2 days later... I have tried calling Roadrunner multiple times a day for the last week. They put you on an endless hold cycle and then hang up. The one time a manager finally called me back after I emailed about my horrific experience, she basically said RR did nothing wrong and it was the carriers fault. Roadrunner did not do anything to coordinate my auto transport and if I hadn't finally been able to contact the carrier MYSELF and coordinate the pick up...it never would have happened. Please save yourself, use any other company out there.
This company does not even deserve one star
This company does not even deserve one star. Let's start at the top 1st things 1st they do not answer their phone for anything but new bookings. I called to make a booking I used them once before and it was...ok. nothing more. But this time around absolutely horrid. I call to make a booking for pick up on the following week Friday. They send my confirmation email, and I notice my account number is wrong. I call for a week once or twice a day so I can correct my account number for hopefully a smooth process. No answer for a week. Finally get through on the EXPECTED shipping day. They said well we charged the amount yesterday, despite the vehicle not even been picked up yet...fastforward... now it's the Monday after the scheduled Friday pickup. Never been picked up or communicated to. I call first thing in the AM 8am and get some one that says I'll get a call back instead of waiting on hold, me thanks sounds great...five hours later, no call...So I guess Ill call, and call, and call, and call. No answer. Finally someone answers and yells at me, well we see you called ten plus times if you called the right department number and waited on hold maybe you would get someone hangs up via transferring me. Now I'm on hold. So at this point I'm frustrated so I call back the booking department I leave a message requesting a "for shipping 5 vehicles, And by no surprise I get a call back within 10 minutes. I expressed my frustration and what I really need to the gentleman that finally called back and he says let me transfer you. Nope. I'm done. And done being transferred I'm done listening to their horrible recording on hold & done with bad attitudes no answers And *** customer service. I hang up call another booking company to which they get me a reservation my car got picked up the very next day and shipped out the following. & actually the 1st thing after I told them I needed a new transport company they said let me guess you're coming from

Buyer Beware! When you ship to Maui they will put your car on a dirt lot in the middle of a cane field, no covering, no security, no employees at that location, five miles from the port, and that is where you pick up your vehicle after shipping! There are rocks and pot holes everywhere and industrial/agricultural activities right next to the lot with dust and fall out. Then you sit on hold for hours when you try to reach there customer service number. And I left three VM messages for *** and he ignored all of them and never called back. Once they get your money, good luck trying to get a human on the phone. NEVER AGAIN!
if i could give less than 1 star i would. i have been told completely contradicting information on multiple occasions from various employees at this company...but not after first being on hold for 1 hour at bare minimum...currently been on hold for over 3 hours. this company has already cost me an extra 1000$ in car rental fees due to them lying on multiple occasions of my shipping time. they had me bring in my car a week early just for it to get delayed with no explanations or offer of any other options. id like to fly to wherever my car is at this rate and go get it myself but i cant get ahold of anyone from the company. this company should no longer be in businesss.
They are not responsive to calls and dont return calls. They are unreliable and unprofessional. They are not true to their word about when you can transport your vehicle.
Terrible customer service and unreliable company. Quoted a price and assured that holidays are not an issue and that we wont be delayed. The car was not picked up for 5 days and upon constantly trying to connect to customer service and asking for the status, we got a carrier assigned. Carrier assignment finalization was pending our call so we reached out to the terrible customer service again. We were told that the car will be picked up after 3 days and there will be $200 extra than the original quote. Wish we had looked into the reviews for this company before relying on them for transport.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They pop up first on *** when you type in transport car to/from hawaii. They make it easy to get a quote and then their sales team starts calling all the time. The sales team is very friendly and make it easy to book. They promise you will be notified of your car whereabouts and tracking throughout the process. My car was supposed to take 3.5 weeks to arrive on Maui, and they gave me a date. I checked it regularly and never saw an update. I tried to call but could never get through. I had rented a car that needed to be returned, so on the date it was supposed to arrive, which is still had that date on my tracker, I went to the port and it was not there. I chatted with them online. They said it was now a week later. I had to rent another car. Again, no word from them on the whereabouts. On the next day it was suppose to arrive, I never received another update and went to the port again. The car was not there. *** looked it up and said it was on Oahu and would arrive 2 weeks later! I was so upset. I had to rent ANOTHER CAR for ANOTHER 2 weeks. I finally got through to Hawaii Car Transport after sitting on hold forever, and they said it was out at sea. I already knew it was not at sea but on Oahu, but they never called *** or checked. They had no idea. They gave me inaccurate information. When my car finally did arrive, I received a notice. It took a month and a half in total! When I picked it up at ***, they said it was on schedule. Hawaii Car Transport either knew it would be later but sold me on the earlier date or did not have the accurate schedule, but never sent me ONE update as promised, never contacted *** to find out the location. I had to pay hundreds of dollars more for a rental car. They call to sell you, but then won't answer the phone or send you an update when they have your car for a month and a half and delayed 3 times from when they said it would arrive. I will ALWAYS go directly through ***. *** is the only one who took the time to find out my car location and give me accurate information.
This company is a joke. They promise you the world, give you dates and all kinds of assurances and promise to keep you updated with their online "tracker". Well, none of the dates they "promise" actually happen, and as for the online tracker - what a joke. As soon as they have taken your money, they will not answer your calls, refuse to contact the carrier that the transport is assigned to, and keep telling you just "look at the tracker" even though it has never been updated by the carrier. They will not honor their "online quote" pricing, and are more expensive than other companies. I asked for a refund due to multiple delays, no one would get back to me. Shame on me for not looking at this site to get the "real picture" of how incompetent this company really is. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I booked to ship my car two days ago (#***) and I have yet to speak to a live person. I have called multiple times to only be left on hold. The longest duration was an hour. I tried calling the *** and it just rings, but hangs up automatically. I haven't been charged for the shipment yet, but want to be sure I don't either. What good is it to have phone numbers if no one is there to answer? When I requested the quote, they kept emailing and calling. Once I submitted my booking and payment - I can't get a hold of anyone. I've emailed, left contact messages on their website, and nothing.
The most unprofessional and unresponsive company I have ever worked with. After booking, I was not given any updates for over two weeks, as to when the cargo carrier was expected to arrive. Tried emailing and leaving online messages and sat on hold for hours without talking to anyone. One day, I was on hold for 4 hours, only to be hung up on. For three days, I tried to reach someone. It wasn't until I left a message threatening to give bad reviews and contact Complaintsboard.com, someone finally called me back. Even though it was past my ship ready date, I was told they had not secured a cargo carrier and did not have any idea when one would be available. By this point, I had already traveled to another state for the pickup and was scheduled to fly out within days. I was led to believe they would pick up on a specific date or within a 4 day window. I was never notified that a carrier had not been found. I cancelled the booking, I then had to cancel my flight to deal with finding a different transport company and had to drive more than a day to get to the port myself. Absolutely stress-filled and horrific experience.
HORRIBLE company. DO NOT USE. Ive had the same experience as multiple on-line reviews. Per the information on their website, I made a booking over 3 weeks before my ready date. While youre deciding, they are easy to contact. Connor and *** will give a great sales pitch. I made it very clear to both that I needed the car picked up on a certain date and was assured that it would be, especially if I make the booking 3 weeks out, which I did. They told me my pickup location and delivery location (*** area/Arizona) were on a popular route and there would be no issue getting my car transported on the date I wanted. Once you have booked, good luck talking with any of the sales staff that was so eager to talk with you. After the booking, I contacted the company multiple times via chat, email, and phone. Calling their phone is very hit and miss. Over half the time there is a recording saying they are busy and to wait. After 4 minutes (yes, Ive timed it), there is a message that states to call back and it hangs up on you. On the chat, they have stock pictures (Ive found the stock pictures online for sale) of agents. They have canned responses: Hello, I see that dispatch is actively working on assigning the next available carrier for your shipment. Once confirmed, a dispatch representative will contact you regarding the scheduled pickup and delivery time frame. I got this EVERY time I contacted them. Well, the ready date came and went with no carrier assigned. The vehicle is going from the *** area to Arizona, which should be a VERY popular route in late fall. From their website: Pickup Anywhere in *** Delivery Anywhere in Arizona. We provide direct door-to-door car shipping service from any residential or business location in *** to any location in Arizona. They left me stuck with no pickup and they could care less. I am a military veteran and went with this company because they claim to be veteran owned and their website says they ship vehicle for military. What a joke. If you want your car actually shipped, DO NOT book with this company. My beef is their deceptive business practices and their HORRIBLE customer service. Their sales agents NEVER and their website NEVER states that the date you want to ship your car is merely a suggestion. Read all the reviews (which I should have done) as others experiences were exactly like mine!
Terrible communications
Terrible communications. Original pickup was 2-days late (even the day of pickup RoadRunner assured me that the car would be picked up that day). No biggie, the car was picked up on a Saturday. Trying to use RoadRunner's "track by GPS" is simply a lie. You have to chat or call them, then they reach out to the trucker / driver for info. Well, when the trucker / driver is running severely behind schedule, he won't return RoadRunner's request (who subsequently doesn't reach out to you to let you know). OK, so the car reached its destination 7-days late from the original paperwork. RoadRunner only returned TWO of my repeated requests to find out where the car was. FOUR days after being picked up in Rhode Island, it had made it all the way to New York (get a map and see it's not very far!). They said the trucker was "having problems with his truck" (same excuse ***... the trucker... used for the late pickup). I found out the trucker was in Indianapolis on the day it was to have been delivered to Chandler, AZ. But, amazingly, RoadRunner said the trucker still shows an on-time delivery! Unless he had a time machine strapped to his rig, this was impossible. OK, so my car was delivered a week late... and damaged. I took out RoadRunner's full insurance (additional $ 145.00). They damaged the roof racks of the 2020 Subaru (driver said they must have lowered the upper level too far when putting more cars on, and the damage occurred). RoadRunner requires a minimum of 2 photos, scanned copies of the before and after bill of lading, 2 professional repair estimates. All of that was supplied on 2/18. Their claims department simply will not pick up their phones, and the recorded message says all agents are busy, leave your name, phone #, Booking # and reason for call and they will call you back "shortly". After leaving numerous messages (including the claim # issued to me on 2/18), RoadRunner's claims department has not contacted me (it is 7:30pm 2/25). Terrible customer service... both on the shipping side and it appears the same for their claims side. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE ROADRUNNER to ship your vehicle. I've used Montway in the past, and they were terrific.

This review is in regards to a booking from Hawaii to Boston
This review is in regards to a booking from Hawaii to Boston. This was a terrible experience. I have never felt less valued as a customer, and this is after spending over $2000 to ship my vehicle. When we booked we were able to get a representative and a quote in a timely fashion, and could always reach a human. The vehicle was initially quoted to take approximately 4 weeks to transit the country. There was a initial delay in sailing, which happens. However, the vehicle then sailed to San Diego instead of LA, where it sat for a week. Then it sat in LA for weeks, until a shipper was assigned. Meanwhile, when you call their office it was impossible to talk to anyone. I sat on hold for over 2 hours multiple times without reaching an agent. I could reach the booking agents and then they would just put me back on hold indefinitely. Contact by email would result in a canned response "we will update you when a shipper is assigned". I also asked in every email, to "please call me at at your convenience" - I did not receive a call in the 10 weeks we were dealing with this issue. Finally we were told a shipper was assigned, and that it would arrive on a Tuesday, we were told to be home from 12-3. It did not arrive Tuesday, we received no call. Then we did the whole process again, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - again with no call and no car arriving, but being told by email "it will be delivered today". Finally I received a call from the truck drive the following week that it would be delivered in 2 hours, and that there is a storage fee of $400 that is due. I refused to pay this fee and have directed them to talk to Hawaii Car Transport. I have asked several times if I have to pay this bill, and if Hawaii Car Transport will be paying it. I have received no response in any form to these questions. I would have paid double to go with another carrier who actually cares about their customers. In the end the vehicle was 4 weeks late, and we had to pay for a rental for those weeks. No one there seemed to have much compassion for the situation. Compassion is not a business requirement, but the lack of basic caring that was routinely displayed is a clear illustration of the corporation's culture.

I got an online quote for my vehicle's transport from one place to another, and was given a lower price
I requested an online quote to have my vehicle shipped to my residence and received an initial low price. The following day, a representative contacted me to inform me that the online quote was incorrect, and the actual cost would be $1606, not the $1385 initially quoted. The price had increased significantly. When I questioned why the online price was not honored, the representative became annoyed. He insisted they were the cheapest option and charged my card immediately. I was promised a follow-up call to arrange the pickup of my truck, which never happened. When I called to complain, I was repeatedly put on hold and then disconnected. Despite my calm demeanor, the customer service was appalling. As a traveling nurse needing to transport my truck interstate, this was a significant inconvenience. After being disconnected multiple times, I attempted to resolve the issue through their online chat. The associate I communicated with was dismissive and unhelpful. When I insisted on a refund due to the price discrepancy and poor service, I was met with resistance until I threatened legal action. I was then assured of a refund that never materialized. My bank could not find the pending charge and agreed to dispute it. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this company's services.

The single worst customer experience of my life
The single worst customer experience of my life. I will do everything in my power to prevent people from having the same experience I did. I consider myself a pretty good researcher of companies and services. I purchased a car out of state and needed it delivered to my home. I did some homework and looked at several transport companies and received several quotes. RoadRunner was prompt and reasonable in their price, and having read reviews online felt like it was a good option. They gave me a contract, which I also added supplemental damage insurance for coverage should something happen during transport. Well, I have to say that after the initial contract and payment, that was the absolute end of their customer service. The communication the company has with its customers is absolutely terrible. If you call the customer service number it rings and rings forever, no one ever picks up and then it hangs up on you. this is regardless of the time you call. They direct you on their answering machine to chat online with a customer service rep. Because this is the only means by which they communicate with their customers the waiting queue can be 60 to 90 minutes, personal experience. Then once you are chatting it can take 20-30 minutes to just have a conversation. I assume that this is because they are chatting with hundreds of folks. My pickup date was scheduled and confirmed and the dealer had the car ready and waiting to load and the transport never showed. Turns out they sub out all their transportation to sub contractors. The dealership was open and waiting until 9:00PM and the driver never showed or called. Sure enough the next day, they showed, unannounced and got the car loaded. There was damage to my car in transit, which again I had purchased supplemental insurance for coverage. After submitting a claim on their online portal, I have had exactly 2 responses in 3 weeks from the claims department. Once was right after submission to say they received it, the second was after the first week of no response to tell me that they had a power outage and that is why when I called their customer service line to get an update no one answered, all day, multiple times during multiple days. I even had a woman in the claims department who emailed me, and I have sent her email after email for an update since it has now been 3 weeks and not a single thing has been done about the damage to my car. Please, with all my heart, go to someone else. Consider my experience that you do not want to be left out in the dark about your car, including having damage done that you have insured against and no one is willing to or able to talk with you. Avoid this company and work with someone who values their customers by providing them actual service and communication. There is no wonder this company is not part of the Complaintsboard.com.

This is a review for Roadrunner Auto Transport
This is a review for Roadrunner Auto Transport. I don't recall how I found this company but called and spoke with an agent and received a quote via email which listed my vehicle, origin and destination with a price of 1,365.00. The representative seemed decent enough and I went back and forth with them to ask numerous questions I had about the details of pick up and delivery and also to advise of the delay of a few weeks for booking the transport. They also sent about a dozen reminder emails. When I was more or less set and asked timing on the pickup, they answer my questions but then advised the price had gone up to $1,543. I do understand that prices can fluctuate but didn't appreciate the increase. Writing this off as the cost of waiting a few weeks I finally clicked the button to reserve my vehicles transports and put my credit card information in for the full amount of $1,543. After this I received numerous text messages and emails to call a phone number to schedule a pickup with a provided booking number to avoid delays. I called the number several times and the line was always busy and I waited on hold for a good amount of time before finally getting an agent. After all that I was very frustrated to hear the agent tell me that cost to ship my vehicle would now total $1,703. They did provide what seemed to be a somewhat scripted explanation that they try to capture all the information online from the customer in lieu of speaking with someone directly and since I had not spoke to a representative that they could can not always guarantee that they have everything correct. Basically, they reserve the right to change the price. I explained to the rep that I did speak with a representative, and in fact had exchanged maybe 9 emails with him and that I could provides the reps name. I thought this might bump the price back down a bit. In response he said he didn't care who the rep was and was concerned that I would lose my spot for pick up. I was done with this company before I even got started, even though I made a good faith effort to put my credit card info for the full quoted amount I received in email. Things to look for: - If this is not the natural demand that caused the price spike, we aware of laddering, essentially getting you in their funnel with a low price only to raise it at the point of final confirmation and booking. - If you provide them with origination and delivery zip codes and then receive a quote with same state but different zip code - this happened to me and I guess then give them an out to say they didn't capture all the information correctly. My overall sense is this is a company that might be represented under more than one name - a red flag in my book and may be conduct high pressure sales tactics. Not my cup of tea and plan to give my hard earned dollars to a more reputable organization.
I am in the process of a cross-country move from Sacramento, CA to MD
I am in the process of a cross-country move from Sacramento, CA to MD. I had used RoadRunner Auto Transport to ship my car out to Sacramento last summer when I made the initial move. I had no issues, so I booked with this company again on 5/29 for a 6/29 pick-up date. I was assured by the sales agent, Nick Pomo-Roman that the car would be picked up on this date, and I would be able to plan travel arrangements around this date. I called the number for the company upwards of 5 times on the few days leading up to my pick-up date to confirm the time the truck would be coming. Each time I called, the phone rang as if it was busy for 10-15 minutes, and then when prompted to leave a voicemail, I was told the message box was full. I called Nick twice and left a voicemail, never to be returned. I tried contacting the live chat feature on the website many times, only to be told the same information copy and pasted again and again. Much to my surprise, all of the representatives I "talked to" told me that they could not promise a shipping date. I feel completely misled that my car would be picked up on the date I had planned, and now I am left in an empty apartment with my utilities being cut off soon and am facing the potential of losing money on hotel reservations. I cannot get an answer from anyone on an estimate when my car will be picked up, and was even told it could be as long as a week before a carrier will even be assigned. Their website states "Covid-19 Service Update: All scheduled services are currently uninterrupted. Our primary location and all regional locations are fully operational and we are accepting new reservations" and I have been explicitly told by several representatives that this the influx in car shipments due to COVID is the reason for the delay. My mom, who I am travelling with, called the sales line to try to get ahold of Nick and when she spoke with him he was extremely rude and would not connect her to a supervisor. He stated, "If your iPhone is broken, do you think you're going to talk to the owner of Apple?" and hung up on her. He said the influx in shipments was not an issue at the time of booking as it is now, but why was I never contacted if they suspected there would be an issue with the pick-up date as it approached? I should have had the opportunity to cancel and rebook with another company if they were not able to make good on their original promise. It's completely fraudulent to mislead potential customers into believing they can count on a date just to get their credit card information only to become evasive and inconsiderate when they don't come through. I feel completely stuck and have no route forward to find a solution other than to wait for this fraudulent company to contact me. I have read hundreds of reviews stating the same problems, and I would like to prevent this happening to more people.
I agree with the others, the reviews on their website must be fake
I agree with the others, the reviews on their website must be fake. I just completed my order based on the wonderful reviews on their website only to get quite the opposite in customer service. I spoke to a Jack on the day I submitted my online order/request. He was very matter of factly and did not seem patient with all of my questions, that should have been a red flag right there but I continued on with the process of shipping my sons car to his new duty station, as he is in the Army. It says on their website they are Veteran owned yet when I called to see if they offer any discounts to service members Jack said no they do not! What? Really? I found that unfortunate. I felt the only reason they advertised they are Veteran owned is to attract service members. Now on the day of my scheduled pick up, I got a call from the driver with the carrier that his truck was overheating and he needed to cancel. He said I would receive a phone call with details about the next scheduled pick up. I immediately called Roadrunner and during normal business hours on a Monday, and for literally 3 hours got the same recording and unpleasant elevator music and then the line would just disconnect after 5 min as the others stated in their reviews. I emailed them a screen shot of my call log as proof. Til this day, no one responded to my email. I finally got an online chat person who transferred me twice only to end arguing via chat, with another rep that my vehicle has not in deed been picked up, though they continued to say it had been. I asked why I couldn't just speak to someone instead of chatting back and forth and she replied they had a high call volume. She finally said she would contact the carrier and get back to me. I explained my son is in the Army and really needs his vehicle to be able to get around and get things like groceries! She never returned my call. I waited an hour and then I ended up calling the carrier directly and they were wonderful! They answered their phone on the second ring and promised my sons vehicle would be picked up by that afternoon and it was! I wished I just completed my order directly wit the carrier instead. Roadrunner only sends out the bids and then charges us extra! I did another online quote for a similar car and an address 10 minutes away from me directly with the carrier and it was $175.00 less! Roadrunner still has not contacted me and I have not been able to track my sons vehicle. Poor customer service and shame on them for mistreating service members! And interestingly, on that same busy Monday that they could not answer their phones, a sales guy had time to email me and persuade me into buying additional insurance coverage. Hmmm. Please pass on this company and book your shipping directly with a reputable local carrier in your area. I can not speak of the full delivery, as I still cant track my sons vehicle and it has not arrived yet...to date no one from Roadrunner has contacted me...

I contracted with Alaska Auto Transport to move my vehicle from Utah to Alaska
I contracted with Alaska Auto Transport to move my vehicle from Utah to Alaska. One of the big factors was the shipping dates that they provided on my initial shipping document. The company had my car picked up on the *** of November and said it would be delivered on Dec to Anchorage, AK. Dec came around and I had received zero communication from the company. I logged on the check their website, the tracker (this tracking system doesn't actually work apparently) said Dec arrival. I contacted them and was told my vehicle would now arrive on the ***. Not a huge deal, a week late I can handle. I log on Dec to check the status and make sure what I was told before by an employee was correct and my vehicle would arrive Dec. Well, the tracker STILL says it's arriving 1 Dec. So I contact the company to find out where my vehicle ACTUALLY is. The two ladies I spoke with "Lauren" and "Ashley", probably aliases, basically left me at there's nothing we can do, our contracts state no reimbursement for anything and all dates are estimates. I understand that an estimate could mean a few days late, but we're sitting at my vehicle arriving TWO WEEKS late now. And that's even if it's actually going to arrive.

I shipped my car from Hawaii to the mainland with Hawaii Car Transport with a delivery date of 6/15/6. The friend who was supposed to take delivery hadn't heard from the company, so I called them. I got hold after over an hour on hold of the guy who took my order. He wasn't able to tell me where my car is or when it would be delivered and put me on hold for so long I had to hang up to go to a meeting. Now their phone doesn't work and I don't know where my car is. The agent said it would not be on time but didn't know when it would be delivered.
I reached out to Road Runner in April 27 2022 and received a quote for services which I agreed to. On June 8th 2022 they called and said that the price had increased and I said fine and they confirmed that my vehicle would be picked up on June 13th and I would receive a call that morning with the time of pick up. I did not receive a call and attempted to call them multiple times on the 13th and could never get through to anyone. I used the online chat portal on June 14th and was told someone would be checking with the driver. Two hours later I called again to see when someone would be coming and they said they are checking with the driver. I called two hours later and was told the driver would arrive June 15th and he would call me. The driver called me on June 14th to inform me he did not have room on his truck for my vehicle and would have Road Runner call me. Today is the 15th and I have called Road Runner 33 times (9am-11:54am) and cannot reach anyone. I have emailed them 13 times. I called the cancellation phone number listed on my booking confirmation form which is not a real number per the *** error voicemail. They charged my debit card on 6/8/22 for $2,285.00.
I booked a car shipment from ***, *** to ***, *** for $2,621. I dropped my car off on 5/26 without issues and received a notification on 06/02 that the shipment had left the port. I have passed the expected port arrival time. I have not received any additional notifications about delays. I have been attempting to call/contact for days now with no one picking up. My car is no longer listed in the web tracking system.
I hired Roadrunner Auto transport to bring an SUV from Orlando FL to NYC
I hired Roadrunner Auto transport to bring an SUV from Orlando FL to NYC. As agreed, the car was picked up from the location in Orlando June , and delivered to the address in New York on June ,. The car was damaged during transport. The driver reported the incident to his manager and I immediately called the company on June *** to let them know of the situation and to get guidance on the next step. No one at the company answers the phone or returns messages. I was able VIA CHAT to report the damage to Mary, the Customer Service Supervisor and she sent an email with instructions to file the claim. Immediately, the next day, June ***,, I obtained the 2 professional estimates they require and submitted them with the claim along 10 pictures of the damage to my vehicle. The claim # is ***. As of today, June ***,, NO ONE answers the phone, or even responds via email. In addition, their tracking system is non existent; they say you are able to track your vehicle at anytime and the system NEVER worked. I have several telephone numbers to the company but have not been able to reach a representative, only via chat and their answers are vague. I need an answer to my claim immediately, they have to fix my car.

I am currently using Hawaii Car Transport to ship my vehicle from Hawaii to ***. They have had my vehicle since April 11th and it was supposed to be available for pickup in *** on April 29th. After I dropped my car and got an email confirmation saying it was on time to be getting to *** they stopped all communication! Ive sent multiple emails asking for a managers number to get any information on where my vehicle is and just emails asking about my vehicle with no answer. Ive also tried to call their phone number multiple times and nobody ever answers. My car has now been *** for almost a month and Ive had to rent a vehicle long term while I wait with no answers.
I arranged for the transport of my disabled *** to *** (#***). I was quoted to prices on Quote ***. $1286 for shipping, however because I requested that the vehicle be winched on, their was a second Quote of $*** (it reads "INOP ***" in the notes line), which *** (the rep) provided to ensure that the vehicle would not be operated. The driver called me before delivery and indicated that he started and drove my vehicle onto the transport. I questioned why he did that and he stated "well, the tow yard had driven it to park it". I paid for it not to be started. the difference of $514 is in dispute and I have filed complaints with Road Runner Transport and been told by "***" that I would not be refunded the difference due to the "advertisement that your vehicle wasn't running when we assigned the carrier to pick up", well it was not running, it clearly was a wrecked vehicle with no anti freeze/coolant in it. he was instructed to winch on, not drive on.Please assist me with getting a refund of the difference of $514.
I paid $3,245 to ship my SUV from Alaska to ***. I was given drop-off instructions and told that my vehicle would sail from *** on 6/5/2022 (I was provided a voyage number as well). Estimated delivery in *** was 6/13/2022. I have received no updates from the shipper. I used their tracking system online to find the status of my car and the dates remained unchanged as of 6/13/2022. I then emailed the company to inquire about when it would be delivered. I did not received a response but I did check the tracking page again today, on 6/14/2022, and now all of the dates are updated and my new delivery date is 7/5/2022. In fact, it looks like my vehicle has not even left Alaska!I contacted their customer support line and spoke with a rather rude woman who insisted that these were the dates all along, despite the fact that I have a booking confirmation that says otherwise. She said she would look into it and call me back but I have not received any other responses. I called back later in the afternoon and have now been on hold for 33 minutes waiting to talk to someone. They have a recorded message that tells me to try chatting with a live agent on their website, but this doesn't work either.
I booked RoadRunner Auto Transport for my car's interstate move on 03/26/22
On 03/26/22, I secured services from RoadRunner Auto Transport for my 2007 BMW 335i's relocation from one state to another, coinciding with my move. My booking confirmation quoted $1,330.00, with a scheduled pickup on 04/26/22. However, I was informed by their dispatch that pickup would be delayed to 04/27/22 and the price increased to $1,606.00. Despite rising fuel costs, my contract did not stipulate variable pricing. My attempts to resolve this with customer service have been fruitless, with calls being disconnected and no managerial escalation available. With my move set for 04/30/22 and no time to arrange alternative transport, I feel compelled to proceed with a company I no longer trust, especially since they already have my payment. A sudden 25% price hike just two days before pickup is simply unacceptable. I've included both pricing confirmations for reference.

I moved from *** to Alaska and shipping my only means of transportation to them to have my vehicle ready for pick up. I have been unable to reach them about my vehicle whereabouts. My car was scheduled to be here today but on Wednesday and when I tried to contact someone they shut down the chat box after chatting with someone. I have been calling for hours, emailed numerous people that wont respond to phone calls and I have paid extra money to stay in a hotel in Alaska because I have no where to go because I dont have a car. And haven gotten a update o ln my car where about a until I mentioned it and then after that they disappeared
on 02/25.22 Road Runner Auto Transport *** out of ***, made arrangements to have my car pick up between the hrs. of 9am-9pm From *** to LA. A payment of $393 was supposed to be taken out of my account on the day they came and picked up my car. Instead, the payment came out on the 21st. Yesterday I received email asking if I wanted insurance added I said yes of $95. No one came and picked up my car. This morning 02/26/2022 I've been trying to get InTouch with the company. Steady getting the run around, they kept transferring me to a number where no one was picking up. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order and want a refund it was silence on the phone. Then they said they would refund money, but I want be getting a confirmation number until Monday through my email. When I asked for the person's last name they hung up. The customer service is horrendous and very unprofessional. I called my bank to get the charges reverse. My bank put claims out on both transactions. This business should be known for being unprofessional, this business did not provide a product or service as expected, this company is a DISGRACE!

We were charged on our credit card even though we were specifically told that the credit card would just be used to "start the process"
We were charged on our credit card even though we were specifically told that the credit card would just be used to "start the process". I have called and emailed several times and have not been contacted. Here is the email I have sent to the company which summarizes my complaint: *** When I spoke to Nick at extension 595 for delivery information, I told him I wasn't sure when we would be able to schedule the delivery. He asked for a credit card number just to get the process started. He assured us nothing would be charged until we confirmed that the carrier had been assigned. I gave him the credit card number. I clicked through the preliminary email because he said nothing would be charged without us confirming. We very quickly received an email that the carrier was assigned and we needed to click on the link to confirm. We did not click on the link. Instead we called to cancel the delivery because the present vehicle owner isn't ready for pickup. We canceled the same day we received the email. Our credit card was charged $525. And then only a credit of $390 has been put back on the card. I am requesting that we get the full refund of $525. Again, Nick assured us we would not be charged until we agreed to carrier being scheduled, which we didn't.

Hawaii Car Transport took possession of my vehicle for shipment and is refusing to ship the vehicle as agreed. They are threatening to charge me storage fees.
On 12/28, our credit card was charged $2158.00 for a Dodge Ram *** truck that was never shipped to ***, Hawaii. We have already shipped two vehicles prior to this. Hawaii Car Transport provided Booking #***, however this number doesnt seem to work on their website now. While we made tentative arrangements to ship in December, we made no commitment. How can they charge for services never provided? This is fraudulent. We have spent hours on the phone and online trying to reach someone to remedy this issue. When we call, we are placed in a terminal queue with no answer. Their website is worthless.
So i booked my car being shipped with ***. He said it would be picked up on Saturday. And it would be 1325$. Everything included. Fees. Tax. Etc. Which i have emails / screen shots. Of this. Now i got my car picked up on that Tuesday 3 days later. Which isnt a huge deal. But now i was charged over $300 more than what was promised. I want the extra charge taken off. And charge the original promised price. That if i signed up to ship thats what i would be charged. I tried to contact ***. And zero response. Ghosted me. So its like he got his sign up and i never hear back.
My car was supposed to be picked up and delivered days ago. Roadrunner Auto Transport couldn't get the scheduled pick up date right, and missed our scheduled pick up date twice. I had to call about 20 times to get someone on the phone to reschedule the pick up. Finally, they came and got my car days after it was supposed to be picked up. I tried tracking my order online with *** my tracking number and it said that no record of my vehicle was found. I called customer service and sat on hold for 15 min and was automatically hung up on, every time. No one is working their customer service line at all. It is now 3 days past the delivery date and I have no car and no way of finding out what's going on with it, or where it is. I moved to a new state and have no vehicle to get to my job or anywhere else. I have no idea if I will ever get my car back and I think they may have stolen it at this point. Please close this corrupt and incompetent business!
I have shipped my car with Hawaii Car Transport
I have shipped my car with Hawaii Car Transport. The anticipated delivery date was May 9, 2022. However, the car did not arrive nor did we receive any update on the status. I attempted to contact them several times but could not get anyone to answer the phone. I was constantly put on hold. After several days of multiple attempts, my husband was able to speak with someone. That advised us that the car had been at the port in LA awaiting transit since May 9, 2022. Later that day, we received an email advising us that a transport car company had been assigned and the new delivery date was May 25, 2022. On May 23, 2022, we received another email assigning a new transport company. After several more attempted to contact them, my husband was able to speak to someone. They advised us that the prior transport company could not locate the car at the port. They were going to contact the port to find the car and give us a call back. At this time, we dont know the status of our car. This is costing us hundreds in rental fees without an end in sight. We attempted to contact both in writing and on the phone but cannot get anyone to speak with us. We actually been hung up on several times. I would like my car immediately. Im at a lost on how to handle this situation.

We hired Road Runner Auto Transport to transport our vehicle from Colorado to Massachusetts
We hired Road Runner Auto Transport to transport our vehicle from Colorado to Massachusetts. There was significant damage caused by the third party carrier (***) and in an attempt to hide the damage they brought it to Center Auto Body in Norwood, MA to have it fixed without our knowledge. We paid insurance on the transport and after filing a claim, we have provided the phone number to both garages we have tried to get quotes from but V2 Logistics/Road Runner is stating this is not enough. Both garages can confirm the statement that due to the nature of the damage and limited availability of parts on our 1965 Studebaker, it is not easily assessed and they can not provide an exact number. One of the garages spent over a month just gathering the amount of all parts to provide a quote, the other garage we brought is to is unable to complete the quote (again because of availability on parts). Despite being provided two garages that can confirm our claim, they are attempting to withhold pay out on insurance and state we must provide a numbered quote. In our written agreement we signed it states that we must get two assessments done, which we did. They are just not taking the due diligence to follow up and confirm this. At this point we are having to consider legal counsel to not only sue V2 Logistics for the claim amount, but also due to negligence by the company they hired (***) and illegal acitivity of trying to have the work completed without notifying the customer.

I was in need of shipping a car from Bellevue, Washington to Boston, Mass
I was in need of shipping a car from Bellevue, Washington to Boston, Mass. I requested quotes from several companies and chose RoadRunner Transport aka V2Logistics for $1285 on 7/. Based on pricing and reviews I chose them. On 7/*** I received a confirmation email for the shipment and was asked to e-sign to confirm. I did not realize at the time that they had immediately raised the price to $1495 without notifying me. So I thought I was fine with the $1285. On July *** I received a call from the agent I was working with Jonathan F telling me that do to the volume of requests that the transport company West Coast Auto Transport Service out of Spokane Wa was requiring an additional $200 to complete the contract. I asked where the $400 was coming from to which Jonathan said " you already approved $1495" which came as a shock to me. I reluctantly said OK as my daughter was going to be in Boston on August *** and I did not want to start over as she needs her car. RoadRunner billed my credit card for $1683 on July ***. One day before the scheduled pick up. Today, August ***, I spoke with West Coast Auto Transport just to confirm the delivery date and to make sure I was not going to get another surprise charge from them. I told them about the $200 uplift and they said there was no such thing. They confirmed to me that they had a contract for $1300 with RoadRunner and that would be paid from them upon receipt of the bill of lading. So the $200 part was a bold faced lie. I spoke at length with RoadRunner Customer service at length today with no hint of a resolution or that they had even done anything wrong.

Colin P*** of Road Runner Auto transport gave me a binding contract price of $3895.00 to ship 3 vehicles for me from Las Vegas nv to Kentucky
Colin P of Road Runner Auto transport gave me a binding contract price of $3895.00 to ship 3 vehicles for me from Las Vegas nv to Kentucky. I called and got the price on May *** and told Colin that we were moving to Kentucky on June and that the cars had to ship before that date. Colin guaranteed me that this would not be a problem. So June comes along and we`ve heard nothing at all from Colin about shipping our cars. I tried calling him twice and he neither answered his phone or returned my calls so I sent him an email and the response I got from Angela E was they were doing everything they can to find a driver and if I wasn`t satisfied with that then I could go with another transport company. Well By June their response was still the same. It was too late at this point to go with someone else and Angela still hasn`t responded to my second email to her from June . They finally on June emailed me that they arranged for the transport with Taurus Auto Group Inc. 2 at a price of $4425.00. That is $530.00 more than the price Colin garannteed me on May ***. What happened to the high price to begin with of $3895.00 that I was guaranteed on May *** ? To this day I still haven`t heard from Colin or heard back from Angela. They stressed me out to the max until the last minute, literally. Our flights were to leave at 5:07 pm on Friday June meaning we had to be on our way to the airport no later than 2 pm on June to catch our flight.A driver from Just Fast Trans Inc. showed up at the house at 1 pm on the *** of June and finished loading the cars at 5 minutes to 2 pm, just 5 minutes before we had to get in a car and leave for the airport. We were so stressed out at this point, I was absolutely livid. And at a cost of $530 more than Colins guarannteed price.

On Nov 8, 2021, I requested a quote from Roadrunner Auto Transport
On Nov 8, 2021, I requested a quote from Roadrunner Auto Transport. On Nov 9, 2021, I booked a transport of my *** to ***, . On Dec 3, 2021, a carrier was assigned and the pickup and drop-off locations were finalized. On Dec 4, 2021, the car was picked up and I have before and after photos of the loading. On Dec 6, 2021, the car was dropped off at the destination and I noted shipping damage on the *** of lading. On Dec 7, 2021, I requested information on how to submit a damage claim from Roadrunner Auto Transport and I received an email with a website to upload required documents and photos. On Dec 13, 2021, I submitted the two required body shop estimates and photos of the damage as requested. On Dec 13, 2021, I received an email stating some of the documents and photos did not upload to the site and that sometimes they won't upload correctly, but to just email them to Roadrunner. After I sent the photos on 13 Dec, 2021, I received another email stating they wanted "better photos" of the damage, so I sent close-up photos of the shipping damage on the same day. On 2 Jan, 2022, I requested an update and was told they "never received better photos" and "those are just the roof" - which happens to be exactly where the damage is. I was also told there are "many other parts of the estimate that we need photos to match". I responded asking them to request that information from the body shop since I do not know what they are asking for. On 17 Jan, 2022, I asked for Roadrunner's insurance company information and was told they pay claims in-house, but that they are still needing additional photos. So now, two months later, Roadrunner is still refusing to submit my claim and when I ask for an update, they just say they need more photos. The body shop are the ones who have the correct photos and Roadrunner has the body shop contact information. I just want my claim submitted and paid so that I can get my car repaired.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced
This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I would NEVER recommend using V2 logistics DBA Hawaii Car Transport and would advise against all entities under this proprietorship. I booked port to door shipping services in the amount of $2685 from Hawaii to *** on 4/25/2022. I received a booking confirmation including the voyage, sail and availability dates. I dropped off my car at the shipping location (PASHA) on 5/16 and it arrived at port in *** on May 31st. The car was to be available for pickup [for the trucking company] on June 6. It is June 15 and we have no idea where our vehicle is. We do not know the name of the trucking company coordinated by Hawaii Car Transport.I called *** on 6/6/22. This is the ONLY time I was able to speak to someone. He informed me that my car arrived in port a day behind schedule and therefore; it was likely a day behind to be released. He then informed me that the trucking company would pick it up from port and contact me to coordinate drop off at the end destination. He also informed me that I would receive an email and updated tracking on the website. It is 6/15 and we have received zero correspondence from a trucking company or Hawaii Car Transport. The so-called live tracking has also not been updated. I have called the customer service line and general line over 100 times. IF I am able to get through (after being placed on hold for 15 mins to upwards of an hour at a time) the "customer service agent" then takes my booking number, states they will check in to the status, and places me on another hold! I have waited on hold for over two hours. I have also left numerous voicemails and emailed/called *** Manager), *** at *** (Shipping Specialist). I have received NO response from anyone to date.I have spent hundreds in rental car fees as the car that we shipped was our only vehicle. We would like this addressed immediately.

All of the above
All of the above. They sent a pressure email to me stating they had someone in the area where my vehicle was located two days in a row. So I confirmed shipping with them and started the process. This was on Oct.***. They then pushed back the pickup date to Nov. ***. Then without warning, they showed up on Nov. ***. Their website says they offer 24/7 tracking upon retainment of the vehicle. They also state that they will email me once they have my vehicle in possession. After a week of not hearing from anyone that they had picked up my vehicle, I attempted to get the booking number several times. I even contact the Port of Alaska to find out where my vehicle was located by using the Bill of Lading. After several emails, they were able to inform me the truck had not arrived in Seattle but was in transport. They also stated that THEY were not the contracted company and I need to contact that company to get the tracking number. I then contacted the correct company through the email correspondence already established and received NO reply. I also went into their website portal and requested this information AND informed them that I would have extra weight in the truck. During all these emails and contacts I continually inform them that I have extremely limited access to my phone and email during normal working hours. I am not allowed my phone on the floor at work so we have to rely on late emails. Back on September ***, I also requested information on what to do about extra weight and received NO reply. On Nov *** I finally receive an email from the company demanding that I pay them $200 more dollars for the weight that I did not claim. This was incorrect. I have 3 or more PROOFS that I tried to tell them this. I forwarded the proof and asked them if they received the information from the portal, pointed out that no one replied to my requests, and asked them for the tracking number. I stated I need to know when my vehicle arrives so that I can request time off to get it. NO RESPONSE to my questions. Instead, I get an email stating I need to clear up this owed amount before they can give me the tracking number. I do a screenshot where it shows they have a 24/7 tracking option and ask why I have not been given this information yet and that I want to talk to the manager and again that I have limited email and phone access during normal business hrs. I get a few calls and cannot respond because I am not near my phone nor can even hear it. Then I get another email from another person demanding the money, stating that the Port confirmed extra unclaimed weight and that I have to settle this bill before they will give me the time, location, and process to get my truck. At this point I am basically becoming a very pissed off "Karen". I have already paid them $4200. They changed the date of pick up two times. They never told me when it was picked up. They never sent me a tracking number, a booking number, or ANYTHING. Just all a sudden, they want more money before they will go any further with my vehicle. I don't even know if it is on the boat and here or NOT. I asked for their location and operating hrs because of COVID-19 and did NOT get a response. I asked for the manager's number and received nothing but more calls during business hours. So now it's Sunday and my truck COULD be here. I could be picking it up without having to take a day off. I could be making plans to get tires and it weatherized for Alaska with required antifreeze and fresh oil. But since they will NOT tell me where it is and when I can get it. I can do nothing. I need 24 hr notice to request time off from work. I have told them this. My company is very short-handed and with ONE person being gone (and at my skill level) it will have a huge impact on the workload. I have emailed them several times over the weekend but I imagine they are closed and can't respond to them like I could not respond during normal working hrs.

treated me very rudely when I received a call back for an online quote. He became aggressive once I mentioned I was waiting on other quotes and asked why it would take so long since their quote is instantaneous. Which by the way was not correct, $1245 on the initial email but $1351 when he called. Providing incorrect estimates will probably increase the speed at which they are generated. He asked why I was shopping around and was price a concern. I said, of course, I would like the best price. He became condescending and frustrated and abruptly hung up.I called back and advised of the events that transpired with *** I also mentioned that I was leaning towards Road Runner but waiting for other quotes when the representative started questioning me why I didn't then and started getting agitated. I asked him to calm down as I am the customer and shouldn't be treated this way but was hung up on again.I tried calling a few more times to talk to a supervisor but was harassed and hung up on.To roadrunner, I'm sure there will be some story of why or how I was being aggressive called multiple times asking for a supervisor and that is fine. But if you are going to refute, I will ask you to attach the calls if they are recorded.I was lucky that I didn't give these people my car. Stay away from roadrunner and especially ***.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! This has to be the worst company Ive ever worked with or hired. I booked Roadrunner to ship my car from Long Island to ***. Their quote stated pick up on 01/28 with delivery on 02/07. Pickup went as scheduled. There was no communication or any updates regarding transit or delivery while the car was in transit. When my car did not arrive on 02/07, I called Roadrunner on 02/08. This is where the real trouble began. Their shipment tracking tool is fake. Their customer service provides ZERO information other than the online tool which states Dispatch is waiting to hear back from the carrier. They will not answer their phones when customer service is calledthey just hang up on you. The sales team transfers you to the fake customer service line with no assistance. I threatened to file a police report on 02/11 and demanding to speak to a manager after getting jerked around with the same fake answer for 5 days straight. I saved screenshots of all these messages to ensure my terrible experience was well documented. Within an hour, they finally received an update from the carrier. The updated showed my car was in ***, , 1.5 hours out from the destination I paid for it to be delivered to. I had to get a ride to *** to pick up my car from the sketchiest area Ive ever been to. This company is completely unprofessional and should be shut down. DO NOT BOOK THEM!
Was called concerning an estimate inquiry that I had put in online for my late father-in-law's vehicle, representative was extremely rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. Not a good way to get business, would not recommend.
