Recently, my 15-year-old son fell victim to a deceitful scheme when he sold his computer on eBay. The culprit behind this elaborate fraud goes by the name Rachael Austin, although it's highly likely that this is just an alias. This individual seems to own a mailbox with the number H0517 at Planet Express Shipping LLC, which is located at XXXXX S Figueroa St, Gardena CA XXXXX.
It's truly disheartening to see mailbox companies like Planet Express Shipping LLC neglecting to properly vet their customers and allowing any and all mail to pass through their services. By doing so, they are essentially facilitating US Mail fraud, making them just as culpable as the criminals themselves. In fact, it's difficult to distinguish between these companies and the criminals when they enable such crimes. Where one crime is permitted, there are likely many more lurking in the shadows.
It's truly despicable that people would stoop so low as to steal a computer from an innocent kid. The audacity and lack of morals displayed by these individuals is truly appalling.

I needed an item shipped from Target in the US to Ontario, Canada. Since they don't ship to Canada, I decided to use Planet Express.
Once the item arrived there, I had to choose a shipping option to get it to me from California to Ontario. The minimum fee was $30! Can you believe it? It's just a small $40 item!
I had no choice but to pay it, so I did. They promised it would be a priority shipment and fully trackable.
But guess what? The tracking link they provided took me to the wrong shipping company's site. I had to contact customer service to get the correct link.
They shipped it on March 8th, and it's been "en route to the next facility" since the 12th. And now it's already the 21st!
The cost and time it takes to ship from the US to Canada is absolutely ridiculous.
And don't even get me started on their customer service. They hardly ever get back to you, and when they finally do, they're so cold and unapologetic. It's just not right.

They refuse to return my membership as I used the consolidation service that was used by them knowing there was an item they refused shipping on AFTER charging me fees for the consolidation. I'm now out over $130.04 for services I've never been able to use as Planet Express services to ship packages and the package/membership they're charging me for I can no longer use so I'm out $70 for nothing. BE CAREFUL to read the fine print or Planet Express will take advantage of their policies and refuse to communicate with you. I might get refunded $68.04 out of the $130.04 it cost me to end up having my iems returned to Amazon so be VERY careful sothey don't rip you off as well this was a lesson not to trust new companies that sound rreally great at 1st. WORST shipping company ever so save yourself $$$ by using USPS or Fedex directly because after all the fees they add on once you are a member you will lose money by shipping anything with them.

This company lost a package that was supposed to be sent over a month ago. They didn't tell me it was lost and haven't given a refund. On 13 OCT 20, this shipping company put multiple packages together into one package to send overseas. I noticed they left out one package. When I asked *** (an employee at the company) about the missing package, they didn't respond. I sent many messages and called to find out why the package wasn't being shipped, as I needed it ASAP. Nobody could tell me what happened and I finally realized it was lost four days later. I told them I wanted the item *** Veterinary Operating Otoscope with Reusable Ear Specula Set) refunded, along with the shipping costs, because I would have saved on shipping if it had been included. It took *** six more days to start a claim within the company and now it's been over a month with no refund or promise to replace the product. I just got a message from the company saying I have to pay storage fees for the lost item. I asked if they found the package and they said it was a mistake in their system. I asked Rie H. four days ago why the item hasn't been refunded and asked them to pass the problem to management. I haven't received a reply since then.

Their answer was "package "B" is the returned package A (original package), and package "C" is the returned package "B"! So, basically, I've been paying them $18 each time just so they don't send my package and return it, and ask me to pay again so they would "send it out", but it keeps getting "returned". I got no details on why the package is being returned and by who, and why as a customer I wasn't informed about this! My package cost $40. I've already spent $36 trying to receive it, but they're asking me to pay another $18 so they would try again and so that package "C" would later be returned as package "D" and I would pay again... You get the idea. My claim on their website was "closed" because according to them "your package is in the warehouse". They said they've given me a refund for my shipping costs but I haven't received anything and I don't see a pending refund with my bank. They told me to use a different forwarding company to receive my package. Instead of apologies and a full refund + free shipping of my package that got returned 3 times I get this advice to use a different forwarding company... They're not good at what they do and they're sketchy. Their customer service is non-existent. I need a refund for all my expenses and free shipping of my package to finally actually be delivered to my address as well as apologies.

When consolidating, you have the option to keep the item in the outer packing it was shipped in, to keep only the retail packaging, or to remove all packaging. I am a video game collector and did not want my item damaged. I requested the item to be shipped in the original outer packaging. Against my instruction, Planet Express staff opened ALL packaging, including the clear plastic factory seal protecting the item. I noticed the issue when Planet Express sent a photo of the items to consolidate, and the outer factory seal on the game was visibly torn and damaged. I tried reaching out to customer support over online chat to look into the issue further. A person named "***" advised filing an error report with the warehouse. As per customer support, I filed the report and received photos from the warehouse claiming the item was unopened. Planet Express closed the error report immediately, before I could even respond. In the new photos Planet Express provided of my game, the clear plastic factory seal was completely gone. By removing all packaging against my specific instruction, Planet Express damaged and devalued my item. Consolidation is a paid service and I expect my items to be consolidated properly according to instructions. I have photo evidence of the instructions to leave it in original packaging, photos of the item in brand new condition (along with confirmation from the seller the item was factory sealed), as well as photos of the damaged factory seal Planet Express themselves sent me. I am looking for assistance with resolving this matter in a way that is fair and reasonable I feel compensation for the item's value/purchase price would be a fair resolution. This was Planet Express' mistake and is unacceptable.

Shippers Beware, do not trust anything they said, even if they told you a product can be shipped, and turns out it's not the case, and your package got detained in customs, they will not take any responsibility for the misinformation. - DETAILS: 1) I've asked Planet Express specifically whether a product (beauty / oral care) can be shipped to Mexico before I shipped it, I even sent them a link on amazon, their staff said yes, so I sent it to them, supposed to arrive in Mexico within a week. 2) 2 weeks after, package not delivered, they said because of the delay in custom and asked me to wait. 3) 3 weeks after I sent out the package, I asked them again, they said that the package cannot go thru, because Mexico customs need a health license for the product, and now they cannot have the package returned to me, as Fedex has already informed the sender (Planet Express) 2 weeks ago about this, now it's passed the deadline of requesting the package to be returned to me. The package must be abandoned. 4) I've requested Planet Express to pay me back my inventory cost and shipping cost, they refused to do it. So I lost all my inventory money and the shipping money I've paid them, which is more than 200 USD. - CONCLUSION: Planet Express is a company that will Not take any responsibility for the mistakes they've made. The mistake they've made could cost you to Lose your package and the shipping freight money you paid them. They don't care whether your shipment will arrive or not, they just wanted money from you. If the package doesn't arrive safely, that's your problem, not theirs, they know you won't take this to a small claim court if the money you lost is just a couple hundred dollars. This is way too short sighted as a company. They made a mistake and you paid for the full price of their mistake. Based on my experience above, I Do Not trust this company.

On April 21, I was told by ***., a Planet Express employee, that it would cost $235 to ship 5 packages to the U.S. from Malaysia. The $235 figure was determined by adding $45, $45, $45, $50, and $50. These five prices represent five different packages. It is worth noting that the packages were initially shipped to Malaysia from the U.S. by Planet Express, and I paid Planet Express for their services in February and March via PayPal. They do not dispute this. The packages never entered Malaysia, so duty fees do not apply to this transaction. I accepted the packages when I returned to the U.S. After I received the packages in Texas, I noticed that they billed me for more than ***. I called them, and they admitted that somebody made a mistake. They even lowered the amount to around $700 after admitting that they mistakenly associated someone else's package with my account. However, after numerous attempts to determine the reason behind the $700 bill, I have decided to file a complaint. They claim that FedEx is asking for more money, and that I owe duty fees. However, these packages are from the U.S., and they never formally entered another country, so duty fees should not be added to this bill. Furthermore, they refuse to share invoices from FedEx, so they could just be lying to me. I was told that the price was $235.
