I visited the TTP valley girl on Monday afternoon, I had to yell for help as the music was so loud! The shop assistant didn't look impressed that I asked for help, I was looking for uniforms and need just 1 14, I was told in a rude voice that they only go to a 12, oh well I thought she isn't even bothered to phone another store to find out for me, I went to the checkout with 5 exact items and one of the them was 29.95, so I thought as they were exactly the same I would get them at that price, well she told me again, that that was too bad and that was the price so 4 were 39, 95 and 1 was 29.95, I asked how that they were the same item that only one was cheaper and the others weren't she didn't blink an eyelid, didn't bother to check ect, so I told her not to worry about it, well I went to another store, girls were very helpful, and helping me with sizes, and guess what there were 14 sizes, and they were 1/2 price, this girl at TTP needs a lesson in customer service, and also how to dress for her job, not a street corner, as all her bits were hanging out! Including her nasty belly button ring! Never will I shop there, again, but these big companies couldn't care less,

My daughter in law who is 32 weeks pregnant went into the valley girl westfield helensvale store with her 3 year old daughter.
She bought & paid for a dress & as she was paying her 3 year old had an "accident: (Wet herself).
My daughter in law apologised profusely and said she couldn't understand why she had the "accident". The staff were very rude & proceeded to get her a bucket & mop and told my daughter in law to mop it up & then dry the spot with some paper towels.
As my daughter in law is 32 weeks pregnant, I found this totally disgraceful and she was so upset & embarrassed as everyone was looking..
Staff especially the manager on the day should show at least some compassion in this case, as "accidents" do happen.
Bad bad form in my eyes... Won't shop there again...

staff being rude and not attending to custoners
Staff standing around not attending to customers cuing up to try clothes on. Rooms in the change rooms were empty staff didnt open them till I said something about it. Staff member walked past in a huff and puff with attitude snarled at me under her breath:((( then refused to serve me and got another person to serve me she said she'd ask me to leave if she could

My daughter went into the ValleyGirl store on her way to work with a large bag containing work clothes etc. She went to try on a skirt but didnt buy it. She walked through the store and was aware of someone following her. When she stepped outside the shop one of the girls stopped her and told her to empty her bag. This was said to my daughter in a rude and loud manner in a public area. When my daughter asked why, the girl said because she had a big bulky bag. The girl made her empty everything on the floor, with people passing and staring at her. Nothing was found and the girl turned around and walked away without apologising or helping my daughter to repack her belongings. I called the store manager after my daughter had called me vey upset and was brushed off in a dont care attitude. Store policy is to search people outside the shop apparently.
My question is, Where were the girls who count how many items are taken into the change room. (At the counter yakking to each other) Why did the tags not beep on the so called stolen items. ( THere was no items stolen) Why are they allowed to publically humiliate people in a rude unproffesional manner, and not even apologise. If that had been me would they have searched me, being an older woman.? Why was my daughter not escorted back into the shop to an office to be searched if this girl was so sure she had stolen clothing? Due to this distgusting treatment of my daughter, myself and both my daughters will never set foot in that shop again, and we used to spend a lot of money there. Going by the attitude of the staff they wouldnt care less anyway. Maybe they should spend less time on trying to look good and more time learning manners and how to deal with the public.

Today I went into Valley Girl Doncaster. There were 3 other customers browsing when I walked in. One staff was fixing stock on racks in middle of the shop and the other was dismantleing and rearranging the back wall corner. At no time does any staff even acknowledge your presence in the shop. I walked around for 10 minutes along the entire back isle between racks were shoes, dismantled display hooks some coat hangers. Picked up some items to try on and had 4 in my hand. I was planning on buying 6 pants 2 jumpers and couple tops I liked if they fit well. Went into the change room and as the door closed was asked something by the staff. I replied I had been walking around the shop for ages and now I'm inside the change room you want to serve me No thanks I am fine. Her reply was "Excuse Me" I have to ask you to come out and leave the store. She then replied she was ringing security on me. I said "Fine" and got redressed. Left the stock there. She then came over to me as I was walking out and said the security was on it way to which I replied" Not sure why because I am leaving your shop". I left and she followed me. The other staff member finally stood up from her area and had joined the other staff at the door.
After reading some blogs and what I encounted today inside Doncaster Valley Girl. It is the standard of this brand to have poor customer service and treated people with no respect presuming them to be a criminal prior to entering the shop. I hope this business does not exhist much longer if this is the standard of practice they have.

In Australia, Valley Girl's plastic bags are clear, with one side tinted a blue colour.
If you hold the bag for long enough for 30 mins or more, the blue ink transfers onto your hands and all over your wrists/sleeves.
This has happened to me twice now. On Friday, the ink stained a new top of mine and the stain is not coming out.
I complained and Valley Girl has not gotten back to me yet.
I am very unhappy.

would not change a top that I bought as a christmas present
I purchased a top for my daughter in law for christmas on the 10th of November. I showed it to her when we caught up in December as I was not sure it would fit. It was to big.
I went with my friend to change the size. I could not find the receipt. When I spoke to the manager of the store I said I could not find the receipt but just wanted to change the size. She said nothing could be changed without a receipt and mentioned that I could have stolen it. I told her that i purchased 4 or 5 items on that day and had two bags and was not sure I was even given a receipt. I also said I am wearing a scarff that I purchased at valley girl also. She would not change her mind and said even my visa receipt would not be acceptable as she needed the item number of the top. I was going through all my presents and found the receipt and took the top with all the labels still attached and my receipt and she said they have a ten day poloicy. I explained that the top was bought early as I wanted to get all my christmas shopping completed early. The person in the store on the day checked with the manager who was the same person I had spoken with 3 weeks earlier and she would not change her decision. I was very dispointed for my daughter in law and had to buy her another gift. Now I am stuck with a top that does not fit and am $40 out of pocket. Can you advise me what to do?
