We had an awesome experience with Valor from start to finish

The Team at Valor offered a service to review the finishing inside the house after one year. True to their word they scheduled and showed up with painters and tradesmen to immediately touch up what needed attention. The team at Valor were easy to work with and extremely proficient in the work. We are extremely happy with how Valor looked after our home.
Valor Communities has the most unique floor plans in new construction. Beautiful coffered ceilings, restoration trim, all the details that make a new house feel like a custom built home.

This review refers to *Sean*
This review refers to *Sean*. He has truly been absolutely amazing. It is clear that he not only takes pride in his job but also the company he works for. He went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. He stepped in and assisted when He didn't have to. He is a great example of what customer service is and should be. There are others who could definitely benefit from him and he should probably teach what customer service mean to other employees.

The Valor Team of Kent, Catherine, & Shauna really made our experience worth the wait
The Valor Team of Kent, Catherine, & Shauna really made our experience worth the wait. We paid earnest money in January before roads were even in the new phase but due to the pandemic and raining everyday it slowed everything down but Kent kept us updated as to what was going on but once the ball got rolling (in June) we had no complaints. Here we are closing in December. Shauna and Catherine are the nicest, they made sure we were good to close and even after close helped us worked through a few minor issue.. 5 Stars...

I love everything about my home built by Valor
I love everything about my home built by Valor. Not only is the home beautiful, the customer service is outstanding. The staff really does care. After closing, I ran into an issue that was caused by a faulty hose on my washing machine. I relied on my point of contact, Sean, to guide me on how to resolve the issue. This issue had nothing to do with Valor, and Sean went out of his way to schedule FREE repairs for me. I contacted him after hours and got an immediate response. Normally after closing the buyer is on his/her own. My friends at Valor continue to help me with things that don't involve them!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Seriously.
We lived in a hotel for 4 months because our closing date kept being pushed back over and over and over again abruptly and last minute. That was a severe financial burden to me and my family.
Oh, and we have lived in our house for almost a year now, and still have no corbels under our front window. I've emailed the company 3 separate occasions to remind them to please put these on (as these trim pieces were agreed upon according to the blueprints of the house plan in our contract). No corbels thus far.
The day of our house closing cost us at least 6 hours of the entire day because some type of mistake was made clerically on their end.
At that point I'd been living out of a suitcase for months and was just desperate to have a home, so we just sat and waited...and waited
I will never, ever, ever recommend them to anyone.

Our Valor home is a Beautiful Money Pit
Our Valor home is a Beautiful Money Pit..a pretty disaster!
We purchased a newly built home from Valor Homes in 2021. Think we should be happy? It has been one big headache!
To begin, our built in microwave has NEVER worked since day one. And it still doesn't. WE HAVE NEVER USED IT because it does not heat! Our built in oven makes a loud fan noise when the power is on. Valor's 2-10 warranty says it is not their responsibility to repair or replace appliances. Our 1st day in the home, we had to go to ***'s Club to buy $$$ a microwave that is currently taking up our counter space!
We were charged for Wrought iron Balusters. The wrought iron balusters were included in our total Price but wood balusters have been placed in our home.
Valor homes/ 2-10 Warranty replied to us that they are not responsible for any condition that has not resulted in "observable physical damage."That response has absolutely nothing to do with the FACT that "WE PAID FOR WROUGHT IRON BALUSTERS! "
On closing day we were excited. While we were moving in, we simply and nicely called to inquire about the balusters issue not being corrected yet as we were told it would be. The Valor construction rep *** took a hostile tone. He said "I am Not going to change anything for you!" Then he hung up the phone in our face. Well that took the joy out of home buying.
Simply put, If you are not going to replace the balusters, Please refund the $2,000 you accepted from us so that we can hire someone else to do your half done construction job.
Our kitchen cabinets and drawers were damaged by Valors installation of the microwave and stove. Another stationary drawer cover totally fell off prior to move in too!
***, a Valor construction manager, told us not to worry. The replacement kitchen cabinets and drawers have been ordered and that they would be installed by the following week after we move in. After we moved in, he no longer accepted our calls. The cabinets have not been replaced to this date.
*** also told us that the defects and breaking off of the cement for the driveway would be repaired. 2-10 Warranty wrote back to us..and I quote, "Defects are not expressly listed as a part of the Construction Performance Guidelines. Your builder/seller and the warranty insurer shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility."
On our 1st day in our home, one of my neighbor introduced himself. The next thing he asked was the type of home and water problems we were having. Then he said "Good luck getting Valor to fix anything!"
He was right! Before we moved in, Valor added more cement to 1 of our garage floors when both garages were flooding with water. In the process, they broke the glass light fixture outside the garage and they have not yet replaced it. My neighbors to the right and the left have been stuck trying to repair their home and yard due to water flooding issues as well! Their back yards are a mess! One of them told us they have been working on this and other issues they were left with for the entire two years they have lived in the Valor home!$$$
So, who's responsibility is it?
We upheld our end of the contract. We paid and We trusted that Valor / 2-10 warranty would stand behind their work and take care of all the things they promised prior to closing on our home. They do not care and are willing to help repair very little. If they do decide to repair any issues, they are very lackadaisical about doing so.
Once you sign for your Valor Home for "hundreds of thousand of dollar's " have another $100K in hand..because you are going to need it to repair ALL THE Things that Valor should have constructed correctly from the beginning but didn't. Valor Homes takes your money and they run! You can not contact anyone that you were able to contact before you gave them that check! $$$$
Then they advise their home owners to simply put in a repair request on the 2-10 warranty website, only to deny your request later. There are other unmentioned home issues too. What a joke!
Truth be told, Valor / 2-10 Warranty should stop treating their paying customers this way. Moreover, they should have some good work ethic by perform quality Workmanship from the beginning and throughout the building process so that home buyers can actually enjoy their very expensive purchase once they move in.
We do know 1 thing, when we decide to purchase another home, VALOR HOMES WILL NOT BE OUR CHOICE for a HOMEBUILDER period.

Release of roads
The builder has not released the roads despite building being complete for years. We have made several attempts to contact this builder to have the roads releases. They are still showing as being under Valor. Since valor is not doing to repair the roads please replace back to Union station in Calera Alabama. There are large sewer drains that are sticking up and causing flat tires to the residents of this community. We simply want them to release the roads.
Desired outcome: Release of roads so that they can be repaired
I purchased a home from Valor in the Anslee Farms development in August
I purchased a home from Valor in the Anslee Farms development in August . When doing the walk through there were things that were not finished (cover overexposed wiring in master closet, garage not working properly, front door with a crack in the wood) They were finishing the tile in the master bathroom around the tub but stated it would be finished that day. I closed the next day (I believe) and was told that the front door was ordered 2-3 weeks arrival, that was in August ..I have STILL not received my door! After putting in 4 or tickets the garage was finally fixed and needed a new motor. My tub is cracked-I have never used the tub in my new home. I have numerous emails to Scott, Joey and escalated to Alex, nothing but lies and the run around. I do not recommend this company at all!

Grading and foundation issues - drainage issues throughout the entire community of Windsor Parc Colonade
Grading and foundation issues - drainage issues throughout the entire community of Windsor Parc Colonade. I purchased my home in November . Since that time, I have attempted to have the builders address the grading issues around my home. They seldom follow up on calls nor emails. When I had my warranty inspection, they advised me that the issue is a normal swell and/or an act of God causing the damage around my home. I have several photos of the water pooling on both sides of my home. I have also noticed issues with the concrete eroding around my front patio slab. After speaking with many neighbors, we have all experienced similar issues with the builder concerning their lack of responsiveness. I would like to speak with someone concerning this issue. I am also planning to submit a claim through the Home Builders Association as well as potentially filing a class action claim.

We closed on our house on Feb 28 2020 at Bridgemill Communities
We closed on our house on Feb 28 2020 at Bridgemill Communities. We found improper/defective flooring installation during the orientation before closing, Valor promised to get the issue fixed. After several months of closing and we moved to house, Valor made an attempt to address the issue which aggravated the problem made it worse. with constant follow up, after an year on Feb 21 2021 they re-did the entire flooring. we tried to explain them this time to take necessary precautions and suggested few things. within few days planks started to break at joints, started popping up again. along with other warranty issues, we have been following up warranty team, no one is responsive over the email (Including President), nobody answers the calls. I had to call flooring company to find out status, and figured out that its builder issue. Until now I have been constantly calling them, writing emails no one cares. 2-10 warranty request is just a joke and no use.

New Construction with Valor Communities. We closed on 04 February . On the closing documents, we agreed that Valor would fix our damaged vanity in our Master Bathroom. After multiple attempts to have the issue addressed and resolved, we still have not had the work completed. I have been told multiple times that they would complete the work, however no scheduled work has actually been made.
Valor Communities has not completed contractual items that are past due since a month now
Valor Communities has not completed contractual items that are past due since a month now. It has been extremely challenging to get a firm date of when Valor will complete the pending contractual items. I want to emphasize the support from Catherine *** including the right folks in the email chain. Despite all her efforts in having Derek *** comply with contractual items, Catherine was not able to support the contractual pending items. Issue one: replace the sod as per contract Issue two: repair the cricket kitchen exhaust pipe On another topic, while I understand that ***t Dr is under construction, I would appreciate Valor Communities to clean the dirt that they putting in my front yard, and also provide pressure washing to the concrete. It is extremely frustrating the lack of neighborhood best practices that a construction company is projecting. I have personally needed to get a hose from another house and certain tools to repair the mess.

On 4/29 My husband and I thought we'll be closings on our dream home
On 4/29 My husband and I thought we'll be closings on our dream home. Unfortunately, that has changed to nearly a nightmare on what we thought would be fixed since we signed an addendum to our contract. Yes, that's right, Valor still have not fixed a problem that was stated in the contract. My husband has spoken with a member of valor every week and has been told, " we discussing it Tuesday in a meeting, the contractors caught Covid, I will have his supervisor to give you a call, and don't worry about it because valor can't get paid unless the addendum is fixed and you sign off on it." I have asked to speak with someone in Huntsville several times but no one respond. We feel helpless and that valor do not care! The problem is valor laid the landscaping in the rain which caused major foot prints all over the yard. I have standing water/stagnant for FOUR DAYS which caused major damage to my yard. 5 months later and Valor still haven't fixed the problem. We need help!

We purchased a home with Valor Homes and closed on the home on 2/25
We purchased a home with Valor Homes and closed on the home on 2/25. We had items listed on our addendum which we were guaranteed would be completed within 45 days. We were told there is a new way of addressing addendum items to prevent a customer from falling off the production list. We have been living in the home now for 6 months and we haven't been able to get our addendum items addressed. The cabinet company keeps pushing us back, we have faulty, incorrect and dirty cabinet doors. Our driveway and patio was left with large cracks which we have been trying to get addressed. We reached out Derrick for assistance (he has since been fired), Mike who only sends a text message to the vendor, Bronson who acts as though he has no idea what is going on and Kelli (VP) who constantly promises dates that the vendor will show up however, they never do. We have been patiently waiting and being cordial however, we need our issues addressed immediately per our contract with no more excuses.

I purchased a new house from Valor Communities
I purchased a new house from Valor Communities. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever encountered. I purchased a new house from Valor Communities on 9/16. One of the upgrades that I purchased was a gas fireplace and stone surround. One month before the initial walk through, I informed them that the mantle and fireplace surround were not the one that I had purchased. They ignored multiple comments about he fireplace and the changes were not made before the initial walk through. Once again, this was noted at the walk through and was stated, in no uncertain words, that this item must be resolved immediately. At he final walk through, they were doing some work on the fireplace and I was assured that the issue would be resolved. It has been over one month since we closed and there is no resolution and no attempt from Valor Communities to resolve this issue. The fireplace was not even completed, with the electric switch not working and the internal fire stone not installed. I have written multiple emails and talked to Valor Representatives, but they have shown no interest in refunding my money or installing the correct fireplace and surround.

We purchased a home in 2019 and have had multiple issues with the home
We purchased a home in 2019 and have had multiple issues with the home. We purchased a home from Valor in 8 in Shadow Mountain. Out home had lots of issues from the beginning. When we had our final walk through with the builder (***) he promised the all needed repairs would be finished. Over half of these things were not fixed at closing. The day we moved in the ac units were not hooked up so we spent a day and half without air conditioning! The house was not properly painted it was several areas in the home that were painted in different colors. A couple of spots of the hard wood floors were loose and needed repairing. The garage door needed replacing it was dented up. It is a blood stain in the master bedroom over the blinds. The master bedroom ceiling fan had paint on it and it is wobbly. The carpet in all for bedrooms and great room was so poorly installed it is loose and has bumps in it. The back porch was never properly cleaned it has concrete stains on it. We are missing a brick by the air condition units. The back porch has an atleast 8 inch step but we have no steps. The back yard was slopped and holds water for days after a rain. I have called the builder multiple times and *** the lady that helped sell the home. Most of these issues have not been resolved! I have pictures to support the lack of quality work that was out in to building this home!

New Construction with Valor Communities LLC
New Construction with Valor Communities LLC. I closed on 23 August . On the closing documents, Valor Communities LLC and I agreed in writing that Valor Communities LLC would install french drains on my property to alleviate grading issues associated with Valor Communities LLC construction before homeowner closed and took possession. After multiple attempts to have the issue addressed and resolved amicably, we still have not had the work completed. I have reached out to Valor Communities LLC representatives regarding this issue on the following dates: September 13, September 14, September 17, September 27, October 4. Valor Communities LLC assured me that my french drain addendum item would be completed and connected me with their subcontractor who would do the work. I made contact with *** Landscaping on: September 13, September 14, October 8, October 12, October 13, October 19, October 20, October 28, October 29, November 2, November 4, and November 5. I have been told multiple times on some of those days that Valor/*** Landscaping would complete the work, however no work has been completed nor a start date established. I have legal addendum paperwork, written and verbal assurances, however no work has been done. Addendum fixes were to be completed by Valor Communities LLC within 30 days of closing. We are well past my closing date, therefore Valor Communities LLC is in contractual breach and I reserve my right to pursue any and all means for Valor to comply to their contractual agreements with customers.

I've only been in my home since 07/30 and I've had to email this company several times prior to 2 days ago about their company workers
I've only been in my home since 07/30 and I've had to email this company several times prior to 2 days ago about their company workers bulldozing debris into my yard, sitting up against my home in my yard, catching them on cameras walking directly through my yard, even bothering me to ask if they could use my water to fill up the plumbing to the new home being built next door. My final straw was the company workers bulldozing debris into my yard yet again and I was tired of picking it up so I emailed the Catherine *** at Valor on this past Monday. She cc Scott *** who then cc Mark *** and the response provided was that the builder requested for me to be patient while they complete the work to the home next door to me. On Tuesday Valor workers were laying down sod and the room between my home and the new home is very tight. Instead of the workers manually going from the back to front to even the ground for the property next door they used a bulldozer which damaged my property from the back to near the front of my home and unleveled my property along the way as well. I reached out to the Catherine ***, Scott ***, and Mark *** yesterday via email to let them know of the damages and they didn't respond. I caught the builder on camera in my back yard accessing the damage and taking pictures but done nothing to fix it and yesterday evening I sent pictures and a video to the parties listed and still no response. Their company has been asked numerous times to stay off of my property yet it was a consistent issue and now they have damaged my property and won't respond. I am asking for help to resolve this matter before I pursue legal actions for the consistent issues with videos and pictures to prove and for damage of my property by Valor Communities, LLC.

Grading is subpar, with holes deep enough to fall in
Grading is subpar, with holes deep enough to fall in. Drainage is poor, causing water ponding and bugs. Lot next door draining on ours, with debris Purchased in Silver Lakes subdivision in August . Day of walk through and closing, back and side yard had been dug up for some utility work. Was told that the land would be graded and sod laid. The yard was never leveled, his dips and holes and does not drain properly when it rains. The lot Valor owns next door sits higher, has not been graded and in storms mud and trash invade my yard. The flow is so heavy it has breached the tarp barrier in some sections. Valor has allowed the other builder in the development to use this unsold lot to drop construction debris. The lot is covered with discarded building materials and trash. It is an eyesore I should not have to look at every day. The lot should be leveled and graded so it will not have runoff on my property. I have submitted two service requests via the 2-10 warranty site for the issue with the site, as well as water infiltration in my bathroom ceiling from poorly installed vents and shingles. Valor did not acknowledge the request. We started making calls directly to their warranty manager, who sent someone to look at it. He said he would be back to have the roof and ceiling repaired. No one came. After emailing corporate someone came and walked the lots, acknowledged the drainage was poor on our lot and the one next door and tried to prop up the tarp fence. I sent two follow up emails with pictures requesting a timeline. To date, Valor has not provided the service they are supposed to under their warranty. They are dismissive and non responsive. I understand rain may delay action, but it doesn't delay communication. Valor Homes does not provide adequate customer support once the deal is done.

At this point, we do not trust Valor will do anything right to correct the situation
At this point, we do not trust Valor will do anything right to correct the situation. They lack integrity and do not focus on the customer. We still have issues that need to be corrected from our addendum list identified at closing. It is now re-documented, along with other findings, on our 2 months warranty claim filed on September 9th, 12th, and 14th. Items in our warranty include, crack in window, missing and damage window screens, garage door scratches from construction, garage not being the same style (one has an inch gap in one side), front double door center piece replacement (addendum item), replacing chipped mantle leg on outdoor fireplace (addendum item), room not cooling properly (recently found out that it need insulation installed above room. Need to add a crawl space door in the room above), bowed exterior vinyl soffit around the house (item identified on inspection report and addendum item), wrong color chandelier installed (was told it was back ordered during our walk through and we would be contacted when the fixtures arrived and installation schedule), bathroom shower handle when set to "hot", it dispenses cold water, bathroom floor trim behind toilet not the same (worker installed a piece of 2x4 to cover), bowed floorboard in entrance, and a crack in bathroom shower wall. I also recently found and filed that the trim in one of the bathroom door was damage and workers covered it by painting over it. We received correspondence on September 13 and 17 from the 2-10 Warranty office that someone from Valor is suppose to investigate our claims. We are still waiting for the Valor warranty point of contact to discuss our claims. The only item that recently was completed (as of October 28th) was the chandelier. But that is because we kept asking one of the production team member the status. We are tired of Valor empty promises and had no choice but to file a formal complaint to get at least our warranty claim addressed.

Valor Communities at Ashton Springs does not meet contract deadlines
Valor Communities at Ashton Springs does not meet contract deadlines. I would NOT recommend Valor Communities to build your home. Especially not in the Ashton Springs community. They do not hold up their end of the bargain when it comes to contracts. I was scheduled to close on July 30th. When I showed up for my final walk through at 9:00 am and there were numerous people still working on my home. I refused to sign at the 10:00 appointment because there were still several issues with the home. The builder asked me to come back at 3:00 to see if the big items on my list were fixed and then sign at 4:00 with all other items on an addendum. They also offered to add screens and blinds to all my windows so that I would close on time. With the electrical problems fixed and a few other major issues dealt with by the time of the second walk through, I decided to close at 4:00. When at closing I made sure there was a time restriction on when the items needed to be completed. For all exterior items on the addendum, Valor had 30 days after closing to fix them. As for the interior items they had 60 days to fix them. As of today, we are 89 days past closing and NONE of my items have been addressed. I have been in touch with legal representation and will be moving forward with action on the broken suspense date. I have sent numerous emails and received little to no responses. I reached out to the Valor Realtor Representative who linked me with the Warranty specialist for my home. The purpose of the warranty is NOT to fix the items that should have already been dealt with before closing. The entire reason for the addendum is to address the issues in a timely manner. I want to be clear when I say I have only wanted open communication when dealing with the addendum. I have been more than patient and was willing to work with Valor on the dates of the original addendum if they would have communicated to me. But they have failed to do so. I will be posting this review/complaint in as many locations as I can to warn other people about how they should NEVER close on a Valor home until they are 100% satisfied with their home. Once you close, they have your money, and you are no longer a concern to them.

Valor Communities constructed a poorly built home for us as well as poor landscaping
Valor Communities constructed a poorly built home for us as well as poor landscaping. Unfortunately, we trusted Valor to build us a home. We moved into our home July 29. It has been a $481,000 regret. We haven't been able to enjoy our home due to all of the issues and poor workmanship. One of our major issues is the drainage/landscaping in the front of our house. It is a matter of time before the water comes inside of our home and I refuse to put my family through the chaos. Also, the HVAC isn't working properly. The master bedroom freezes while my kids in the other rooms are sweating because of the heat. The flooring has been messed up since the day we closed. They were working on an area of flooring the day we closed because it was coming up. The flooring also had scratches. The flooring was falsely advertised. It was suppose to be scratch and water resistant. Our 3rd floor bathroom leaks into the 2nd floor bathroom so we haven't been able to use that bathroom at all and this is a brand new house. Also, the condensation from the hot water heater drips onto the driveway and it has started to eat away at the bricks and the concrete. Our front porch has a huge embarrassing stain on it. Our master bedroom had office doors that did not lock until 10/08. The doors that they replaced them with haven't been painted, won't open properly if you shut them. You basically have to force them open. They tore up the trim and we haven't heard back from anyone regarding repairing the trim, fixing or painting the doors. The cracked window that we had during our final walk thru still hasn't been fixed. They filled in holes on our kitchen cabinets because they had the hinges on the wrong side and those have yet to be replaced. We also have a few areas on our carpet where it squeaks really bad. The numerous things that we have reported to 2-10 Home warranty have yet to be addressed. Matt (Builder) and Gabriel (Superintendent) are huge liars and very incompetent. I'm very displeased at the type of house that Valor built and I wouldn't recommend no one trust Valor to build them a home. Don't even purchase one from them. If they can't resolve these issues as a result of this ComplaintsBoard.com complaint, I will be contacting the home builder's association along with an attorney. This is ridiculous.

My complaint involved repairs they promised to do before closing and sewer issues that was not done at closing
My complaint involved repairs they promised to do before closing and sewer issues that was not done at closing.since closing backyard holes from sewer My complaint stems from closing of my property on Sept 15, 2020. We did the final walk through on same day of my closing date. There were still a list of complaints that was promised to be fixed and now it is Dec 8, 2020 and only 4 of the problems was address. I have reach out to Valor communities about my signed agreement with Gabriel to fix everything that was on my list of repairs on 9/15 and talked to a Catherine and Sean with valor home who reassured me that they will contact Gabriel about the issues.. Gabriel reach out on 10/4 stated that he will be fixing everything on my list. As of today nothing has been done. My list consist of: cleaning the main level floors from white chalky stuff in the crack of the hardwood and white paint smears on top of the hardwood; replacing the kitchen drawer; replacing the foyer window; adding the soft close mechanism for the bottom cabinets; redoing my formal dining area column. My husband and I working on the hardwood floors for 2 weeks to clean them and they're still not 100% clean even after all. I have been very patient throughout this whole process and now I am done. I found out that we are not on septic like we were told that we were. During our walk through we were not informed that we will be paying an extra fee for sewage. We found out about that from a billed email I receive from Utilities Inc, asking for a payment. Little to my surprise that I had to contact the builder to explain why we were told that the 2 septic tanks were holding tanks and we are on sewage system. So now, I have been call out on Facebook about our sewer is smelling up the whole neighborhood and to my surprise it was us. I smelt it but didn't think it was us because our house is brand new. Called the Utilities Inc./Communities Inc. talked to Gary who does the repairs and services said that they have been out to my house about 4 times in regards to SEWER NOT BEING CONNECTED! WOW! Gary said that they have threaten to call the health department if the builder don't fix the problem ASAP. Well as of today it is not fixed! I contacted Gabriel and Sean on Nov 2, 2020 regarding gigantic holes in by backyard that's coming from the dirt settling from the septic tanks that they installed the day of our closing. Gabriel said that he will look at them but no one has contacted me back in regards to that problem. Valor Home Communities pitiful as a business. They need their licenses taken! I am out done about the whole thing. Please do not buy from them.

Valor Homes services are awful
Valor Homes services are awful. The house that they are building for me have taken almost a year. Each time I visit my home there's 1-2 ppl working I am totally disgusted with valor homes. They are a liar. On last September we started paperwork to have our home built. Since then we were told that it will take 6 months to build. I have been given about six different dates. The first date i was given April 4th, then it went to May 29th, then June 29th, then July 7th, then Aug 4th, then my loan company received Aug 31st. Today is August 25th and I have asked Valor homes for an expected closing date and I rec'd an email stating 'Congratulations! Your new Valor home is nearly ready! We are your Valor Communities Closing Team. Our job is to be the point of contact for you during the next few weeks leading up to your Closing Date, and to make certain you are properly informed of the important dates and steps leading up to your new home closing. As of now, we are anticipating your closing date to be in September. You can expect another email from us within the next 10-20 days to confirm your Closing date and time while also scheduling your Orientation Walk. You can expect your Orientation Walk to be scheduled during the week of your Closing. Please remember, the final stages of new home building include a number of details that may cause your Closing Schedule to change. We are working hard to ensure your new Valor home is being built to the highest standards...Ours. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at [protected]@valorcommunities.com. Sincerely, Your Valor Communities Closing Team [protected]@valorcommunities.com [protected] ext. 802 So now my date has been pushed back to September. The next problem i have with valor is that each time I go to visit my home there is one to ppl working on my house or no one was working on the house. Example: I went out to the house today and there was on person working on my house. He was working on the drywall in my mother-in-law's room. They haven't did nothing this whole week. The house still looks the same from 2 wks ago. The stove has been sitting in the same place 2wks ago and so has the microwave. I was told by the neighbor that they do not work on the house everyday. So it make sense the reason they're behind. Its going on 2 wks and our septic tanks are sitting in the yard. They have finished the deck and the concrete under the deck. We are now living in a hotel which costing us more money plus we were denied early occupancy which caused us to hire movers and get another storage unit. We are out of lots money at this point. Valor homes don't care about customers. Valor knows that we are in a contract and they know that we are not going to walk away and leave our earnest money. They are not willing to compensate us for their neglect. Come September will be 11 months since we gave our earnest money and a yr in October since we signed off on the pre cons. They haven't offered to help on anything. Our house is over 5400 sqft with an unfinished basement and Valor home has just disregard our needs. Each day that they do not work on our house cost us more money at the hotel and storage fees. After this experience, I will not recommend Valor to no one. If you like their home please find another builder with the same design. I have found out they have the same designs as another builder in another state. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Loved working with *** at Valor Communities! She was very attentive to our questions and needs. She made sure to keep us updated while we were waiting be able to sign for a house. It really helped us feel more confident about our decision and furthered our belief we were working with the right people to build our home.
My husband and I are purchasing our first home, and we had the opportunity to work with Pam at Valor Communities. We have been so impressed with the quality of the homes, and Pam has consistently answered our many questions and provided updates throughout the entire process.
