TOTAL SCAM!
Buyers be aware, do not ever be lured into Valu-Pass Promotional Offer, it's a total SCAM. Their Promotional offer states $100 Walmart gift voucher JUST FOR SIGNING UP and try their service. It's a SCAM, do not fall for it. Scam tactic 1) Once they get your credit card, they are in control. they will not mention at all about $100 Walmart gift voucher and really hope that you'd forget too Scam tactic 2) If you call them about the $100 Walmart gift voucher, they will tell you to fill out paper work first, and the paper work says that they will not issue you a gift card after 30 days (AFTER TRIAL PERIOD ENDS AND YOU'VE FOUND OUT THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS BUT IS STILL CHARGED $99 MEMBERSHIP FEE) Scam tactic 3) Even if you stay on and get charged, they will ask you to make required purchases through their link each month for 4 months before you're eligible for the $100 Walmart gift card, by that time, they've ripped enough profit from you as well as your purchases through their link that they MAY consider issuing the gift card. Scam tactic 4) Even though they say you can call their 1800 number to cancel before the 14 trial period expire, the 1800 number is corrupted and THEY WILL ONLY TAKE CANCELLATION ON LINE, that's when they've already charged you the $99 dollar fee.
If you've been scamed, please file a complaint with Florida BBB

This website had me believing that i was paying $4.95 for a 14 day offer. After me paying $4.95 for the use of their website for 14 day, that i didnt even use, they then turned around and charged me $99.00 for a year membership that i did not agree to. Why would i want a years membership with this company at $99.00 when i didnt even use what i paid for in the first place, which i thought was a 14 day pass for $4.95... TOTAL SCAM!

I highly suggest filing a complaint with the BBB! See the comments above for all the info you need. I DID cancel my account within the allotted time frame, but I somehow signed up for ANOTHER membership through them while I was on the phone with someone who called to "Verify my benefits, " and got charged $99.99 for that membership.
It looks like the company responds to reports made through the BBB, and people get refunds after filing complaints!

This is a scam! I was told i had won a free Apple i-phone and to claim it hit continue, upon doing so i was asked to complete 2 offers. I completed 2 offers, one for a body slender Rx which i recieved and cancelled the other was for united benefits which was also cancelled. When i continued the next page asked me to complete 8 offers and at that time i backed out not only could i not afford it, i was realizing it was possibly a scam. I had never signed up for valu-pass and have never heard of them but somehow they charged my account $99. They said they sent me a confirmation email on the 1st, i never recieved such email and never got what ever was suppose to be include in the "15 day free trial". I had no trial because there was nothing to try, i recieved nothing yet had $99 withdrawn from my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Immediately call your bank to dispute the charge and will not pay them upon an investigation. The bank will put an immediate cancel on your credit card and will usually issue you a new number and credit card within 48-72 hour so the crooks can't decide to try to slip something by you again, months later even. Yeah, yeah, you'll have to update any payment sites (utilities, insurance, paypal, etc.) that now have your cancelled credit card's info saved. I've had to to this several times and the bank prefers to deal with it this way. It's the only sure fire way to screw them back before they try to screw you again...

I agree that this is a scam. I signed up for a 14 day free trial. I noticed a charge on my credit card before the 14 days. I called about the charge just to be told that I signed up for a 7 day trial. I KNOW I didn't sign up for a 7 day trial, but I can't prove it. Obviously, I canceled at that time. There was also supposed to be a free gift included (mini muffin pan). This happened months ago and of course, I haven't received anything. I contacted them again. Their response? "We don't have anything to do with that, you'll have to contact the other company." These people are definitely scammers!

I agree but they told you exactly what you needed to know but you had something else in mind. You thought that you'd get a $100 for a $4.95 trial and then cancel before they credited your credit card for the full year payment of $99. Correct? You said you didn't use the site anyway. Why else would you have paid your trial fee if not just for the $100 voucher? And why did you NOT cancel before the $99 fee was billed your card? Don't you know what 'Trial Period' means? You thought that you'd get something for nothing (or rather for $4.95). People should read the small print (terms and agrrement). It explained exactly what was required to get the $100 voucher and it stated clearly that it would be paid in monthly increments of $10 after you spent $100 per month with the same credit card for that month and returned the original receipts with their voucher coupon. And they said in clear print that you would NOT get the rest of the $10 vouchers if you missed even 1 (one) month of submitted receipts. Beware buyers. If it's too good to be true it just might have some hoops and hurdles to get by. Don't complain when it's your fault for refusing to read the fine print!
Research it first if there are any doubts before forking over your hard earned cash. That's why I'm here in the first place...I was about to pay the trial fee and then I thought: "let's read the reviews first."
Now I know NOT to try the Valu-Pass system of rebates for purchases. Too much hassle for too little return.

I received o call on my cell phone today(5/25/2013) from this fast talking, young sounding person telling me that I had taken a survey and that i "qualified for a $100visa gift card and all I had to pay for was the S&H charges of $4.95. Then kept talking about another DR. savings subscription card and pay $3.95 for S&H and receive an E-card for a value of $100 to use to buy anything I wanted online. Something in the back of my mind told me how did they get my cell phone number when I'm on the do not call list for telemarking. I looked at my e-banking tonight and there it was two fees of $3.95 charged to my account. they asked for my debit card numbers and that code on the back of my card also. Called my bank very late and I got a rep. to see if I could cancel the two transactions and was told to wait till the bank pays it so they can file a clain of theft against them probly this comming wednesday on May 29th. The bank now has to issue me a new debit card so they can't take any more $ from me. REMEMBER IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT'S PROBILY IS!

They harass you over the phone and promise you gift cards a great savings. Once you sign up the gift card never arrived. But unquestionably 14 days later there was the membership charge, which of course was non-refundable. When after I finally got a hold of them, after being on hold for about 30 min., they gave me the information to access my membership. I was shocked to find that all they do it provide you links to website where you can get coupons or buy gift cards.

Yes they are a bunch of scammers. Today after I gave them all my information, I was just looking up the site to verify the Walmart card for when it came in the mail and I came across all these sites of them being a scam. I immediately called them to tell them I knew they were a scam they hung up on me twice. I called the opt out number they gave me and it wasn't even real. I immediately called my bank (just got off the phone with them) had my debit card cancelled. I am so very grateful to you all for letting me know they are a scam. I am one of the lucky ones, I stopped it before they even got the $4.95. I hope they get taken down. I don't know how those people can even sleep at night. Again thank you.

I also received a call from these clowns and got conned into giving my credit card info. for a 14 day trial to try out something that didn't sound legit in the first place. The guy kept on telling me that they will charge me $4.95 one time fee and I can cancel anytime...and i will receive a Walmart $100 gift card in the mail. Please whomever is reading this, don't give out your credit card or go for the scam of this Valu-Pass. These people are thieves and needs a class action lawsuit. I immediately cancelled my credit card and I'm sure they will not be getting $1 from my account. Also same day I called Valu-Pass at this toll free number and the guy told me that he cancelled my membership...even though he said that, I didn't believe him and called my credit card company and cancelled the card. Here's the number for Valu-Pass that I had called to cancel my membership: [protected]. Everyone please do notify BBB regarding this nasty scam. These people need to be put behind bars for sure and refund everyone that they have conned.

I agree let's give them a Class Action Suit so that no one else falls under their lying promises.
They told me over and over they were NOT a scam...
They did not make ANY mention that I would have to wait 30 days for a Walmart card for 100 dollars'
they did not tell me what I had to give the "Ok" to.
They did not tell me there would be additional charges.
They did not tell me thee would be a monthly charge involved for their services.
They would not stop calling me with their "[protected]" number until I answered...
They NEED a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT...

As everyone can see this is a total scam. They somehow hijack a phone call you make to a legitimate business. They divert your call to an operator that says you have been selected by the business you originally called to receive a $100.00 Walmart gift card for a dollar shipping fee. The card never arrives and they begin charging your credit card $24.95 a month. They provide you nothing at all for the money. I was out of the country at the time and hadn't had a chance to review my credit card statements to catch the fraudulent charges. It was actually B of A that caught it and locked my card until They could speak with me from their fraud department. They informed me that the vendor is a fraud and I had to cancel my card and get a new card number. These people are not just a scam but rather a criminal organization using 3rd party marketers to steal credit card info. Its not a BBB mater but should be investigated and prosecuted by law enforcement. These people are just plain crooks!

SCAM SCAM SCAM
you sign up for valu-pass to get 100 rebate card, then they call you to confirm then they upgrade you and charge you again without you knowing what is going on, then you find out theres other forms you have to fill out to get the rebate and its not what you think its ten dollars a month of you recipts, this company is just in buisness to scam people out of money and it isn't right
they are a scam. they are offer a walmart card once you sign it. its a lie. dont fall for this scam like i do.
I agree! This is a total scam. They probably leak your credit card number to others. I noticed some misterous charges.
I too got charged 104.95.With many phones i got 2 -50$ refunds but not the 4.95.I also called Wallmart and told them because it was there gift card.Once i got the first 50 back from Valu-pass i called Global travel. They said only one refund was aloud, i saud they would not give all my monies back.So i said the the Global travel person, if my neighbors window broke and he ask me for half, why would i pay if i did not break.Get it.
Suppose to have special pricing, typical scam. I was a fool...again
They scam me too I sent a email today and is awaiting for an email back for a refund because they say you can win a $100 Walmart gift card which is not true And than they charge you for a service you know nothing about... If anyone is filing a BBB complaint sign me up !

I forgot to cancel the trial that I never used. I called and they told me the money is non refundable. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they left me on hold. Please include me in this action law suit. This is a scam and needs to be shut downL
I got scammed from them today I thought I was calling Comcast customer service number I dialed a number off and it was this valu pass people who said they were Comcast and I was valued customer I was going to get 100 Walmart card. I give my credit number for the 4.95. When finished the call I ask to speak about my bill on Comcast they hung up . I looked at number I called it was not Comcast I called comcast told them about it . Comcast customer number is [protected] . But I dialed [protected] and get these piece of ### scam . I called my credit card cancel card before they took the 4.95 out.
They scammed me with the 4.95 and additional 3.95 on somenkind of thing they signed me up for and I had no idea they charged me. Then, they charged me 35.90 from another one of their scams they signed me up for! Oooo sooooo frustrated.
I AGREE THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! THEY SAID I WOULD RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT NEVER CAME. NOW i NOTICE 2 TRANSACTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT! IM PISSED OFF!

I felt like it was s scam but my husband insisted. they called from a [protected] number. so far they only took 2 dollars. iam fixing to cancel my card. iam still waiting on my100 walmart card and two 40 dollar cards.
They were fast talkers ..'
I told them to take me off their list but they assured me over and over they were legitimate.
They gave me some code number but said it so quickly I could barely catch the numbers.
They were all from Pakistan or India since they had that particular accent, .
These guys need a trip to Jail for a LONG time to stop them...
Let's put a Class action suit against them! Count me in !
I was thereafter getting more calls from others so they are leaking our information to other people
Jesse Jr.
Jesse Jr
I agree 100% this is a total SCAM! I have been charged to my card a few times already and they will not answer and no emails go through I am frustrated I do not know how to cancel it anymore. I was not agreeing to any of the terms the automated machine would play and a guy would interrupt so that he can continue. Now that the phone call is over I am being charged in my card. This is a rip off do not fall into this it is a nightmare!
I just got hit by this scam today. Same senareo, but when they sent me to another agent to confirm my card number. So I hung up, pulled up goole search, and found the scam information, and immediately called my bank to cancel my debit card. BEWARE, If it sounds too good, it probably is!
Brett
I never received a sign up package and they kept taking 25 dollars a month out of my account ... a total rip off company. I was, however, able to cancel by phone, after listening to the automated system and hanging on the line for 30 minutes
Totally agree... its a big time scam company...
