I've been using Valuestax for the past three years and I must say, these guys are the real deal when it comes to tax experts. They really know their stuff and they make sure to collect all the necessary information from me to ensure that I get the maximum refund possible. I've never seen such professionalism in the tax industry before.
I highly recommend Valuestax to anyone who wants to get their taxes done right. They are reliable, efficient, and they really care about their clients. They take the time to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand, and they always make sure that I'm satisfied with their services.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with Valuestax and I will definitely continue to use their services in the future. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable tax expert, then look no further than Valuestax. They are the best in the business!
Disappointing Experience with Values Tax: Misspelled Name and Lack of Knowledge
I recently had an experience with Values Tax and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I made sure to emphasize the importance of spelling my name correctly during our phone calls, but to my dismay, they still managed to misspell it on my forms. This was quite frustrating as it is a basic detail that should not be overlooked.
Furthermore, I had some questions about how my taxes were being calculated and unfortunately, the preparer was unable to provide me with clear answers. It was quite disappointing as I was hoping for a more knowledgeable and helpful experience.
Overall, I would not recommend using Values Tax and suggest finding another service. It is important to have confidence in the people handling your taxes and unfortunately, my experience did not provide me with that assurance.
Efficient and Helpful Tax Filing with Values Tax - A Review
I used Values Tax to file my 2016 taxes and I gotta say, they were a big help. They helped me get an ITIN for my spouse and kids, which was a real lifesaver. And they did it all in record time, too! I got my dependants' ITINs and my refund back in no time at all. I'm really grateful for their help and I'm definitely planning on using them again next year. Thanks, Values Tax!
Unprofessional and Incompetent: My Terrible Experience with Values Tax
I had a terrible experience with Values Tax. They were very unprofessional and acted like they were better than me. I gave them all the information and documents they needed, but they still missed some important details. As a result, I got audited and was asked to pay more money. When I looked into it myself, I found out that Values Tax had made some mistakes on my tax return.
I don't trust any of the good reviews I've seen about Values Tax. They must be fake because my experience was so bad. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Reliable and Knowledgeable Tax Service: My Experience with ValuesTax
I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with ValuesTax. They really know their stuff when it comes to taxes, and they were super helpful throughout the whole process. I recommended them to some of my buddies at work, and they all had good things to say too. I mean, who doesn't like getting their taxes done right and on time, am I right?
Anyway, the folks at ValuesTax were always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and they were patient with me when I didn't understand something. They made sure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my taxes, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need.
Overall, I'd say that ValuesTax is a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable and knowledgeable tax service. They're not the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for, you know? I'll definitely be using them again next year.
Disappointing Experience with Values Tax: Deceptive Pricing and Poor Customer Service
I recently used Values Tax for my tax filing and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with their services. At first, I was attracted to their $9 tax filing offer, but little did I know that it was just a trap to lure me in.
To my surprise, after a few days of filing my taxes, I noticed that I had been debited three times the tax amount, which was close to $3000. When I contacted them to inquire about this, they confidently gave me wrong information and refused to take responsibility for their mistake.
To make matters worse, when I asked about the person who had advised me incorrectly, they claimed that he had resigned. This made me question their professionalism and credibility.
When I called them back to address the issue, they conveniently told me that I should have known better. But if I knew everything, why would I have sought their help in the first place? It was clear that they were not willing to own up to their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by Values Tax. They need to take responsibility for their mistakes and apologize to their customers. I would not recommend their services to anyone and would advise others to be cautious when dealing with them.
Unethical and Incompetent: My Disastrous Experience with Values Tax
I recently used Values Tax to file my 2018 taxes, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. After submitting my taxes, I received a notice from the IRS stating that I had several penalties to pay back. I was shocked and frustrated, as I had trusted Values Tax to handle my taxes accurately and efficiently.
When I reached out to Values Tax to address the issue, they were extremely careless and unprofessional. They blamed their software for the errors and claimed that they didn't have enough experience with filing taxes. I was shocked that they would make such excuses, especially since they are a company that specializes in tax filing.
To make matters worse, I was audited for my 2016 taxes and had to pay a significant amount in tax assessment, penalties, and interest. When I asked Values Tax for an explanation, they were unable to provide me with a proper explanation. They even went as far as to say that they were not liable for any issues that arose from filing my taxes.
Overall, I would not recommend Values Tax to anyone. They are an unethical team that is only interested in collecting tax fees. They lack the necessary experience and expertise to handle tax filings properly, and their customer service is extremely poor. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable tax filing service.
Avoid Values Tax: Unprofessional, Greedy, and Incompetent Tax Service from India
I made a huge mistake by not reading any reviews about Values Tax before using their services. A friend of mine referred me to them, but now I deeply regret it. These guys claim to be experts in the US tax system, but they are actually based in India and have no idea about the intricacies of the US tax system.
My case was caught in an audit and I had to pay $200 back to the US tax department with a $25 penalty. It was a nightmare dealing with Values Tax during this process. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. It was very hard to make them understand anything and they seemed to be more interested in getting as much money out of me as possible.
I found them to be very greedy people who only care about making a profit. They promised me a referral amount, but I never received anything. My friend who referred me to them also did not receive any referral amount.
I would not recommend Values Tax to anyone. They do not even deserve a one star rating. If you are reading this, please stay away from them. Otherwise, you might end up in the same situation as me, writing another rant about your bad experience.
Unprofessional and Disappointing Services: My Experience with Values Tax
This company, Values Tax, has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with their services. It seems that the team they have in place lacks the ability to understand what their clients are saying. When I submitted my tax documents, they approved the wrong set without even checking them properly. This mistake caused me a lot of trouble and I had to approach them to rectify it. However, when I asked them why they approved the wrong documents, they had no answer and kept disconnecting the call when I asked the same question repeatedly.
To make matters worse, I had some questions regarding the payment for amendment, and when I asked the representative, he started talking rudely to me as if it was my fault. I was shocked and disappointed by his behavior. I tried to escalate the issue to the manager, but the team was absolutely useless and did not let me talk to him. They just waited until they received my payment and then stopped caring about my concerns.
Overall, my experience with Values Tax was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their team lacks professionalism and customer service skills. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and do not care about their clients once they have received payment. I hope they can improve their services in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Appalling Service from Value Tax: Incompetent "Tax Experts" and Inaccurate Tax Computation
I recently had the misfortune of using Value Tax [Bethpage, New York, ***] and I must say, I am absolutely APPALLED with their service.
Let me tell you about my experiences with them:
Incident 1:
I received a notice from the IRS dated June 22nd stating that Form 1095-A, which is an advance tax payment towards medical health care, was not considered when filing my tax return for the year 2015. The advance amount was $1071 as per 1095-A. The letter from the IRS clearly stated that I needed to submit a new Form 8962, a copy of 1095-A, and a new page 2 of my tax return including the transferred amount of Form 8962 which is $1071.
When I approached Value Tax and uploaded the letter on June 27th, I was instructed by their so-called "expert" to send a cheque of $1071 to the IRS along with the new documents. However, the letter from the IRS did not mention anything about sending a cheque. As someone with basic logical knowledge, it didn't make sense to me why I should be paying again when the amount was already deducted from the refund in the new tax computation. I sent a few emails questioning this, but was not totally convinced by their response.
Finally, on July 7th, the Value Tax "expert" confirmed that I should NOT send the cheque.
First of all, why did Value Tax not consider Form 1095-A when filing my tax return originally for the year 2015? Second, why did they incorrectly instruct me to send a cheque to the IRS? And third, as the service fee of $195 was charged based on the original refund amount, which is now reduced by $1071, will they give back my service fee?
Overall, this is poor service from Value Tax. Their so-called "tax experts" are incompetent, as my tax was computed inaccurately and incompletely for the year 2015.
Incident 2:
I received a mail and a follow-up phone call from Value Tax to file for FBAR. I was warned about the consequences of not filing for it and asked to submit all the documents related to FBAR. However, when I referred to the IRS website, I learned that it is only applicable for US residents having an aggregate value of all foreign financial accounts exceeding $10,000, and I do not have such financial accounts. I do not remember the executive mentioning this criteria to me. Again, either the Value Tax "expert" is lacking knowledge or concealing facts.
After these shocking experiences, the credibility and competence of Value Tax is highly questionable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Disappointing Experience at Values Tax: Incompetent Staff and Costly Mistakes
I went to Values Tax and had a pretty bad experience. The people working there seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and made a lot of mistakes on my tax return. It was really frustrating and I ended up having to pay more than I should have. I wouldn't recommend going there if you want to avoid any headaches.
Poor Customer Service and Website Navigation at Values Tax
I had a real bad experience with Values Tax, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their attitude was just too much for me to handle. They were so arrogant and didn't seem to care about my needs at all. I was really disappointed with their customer service. It was just plain poor.
I had some questions about my taxes, and I couldn't get any answers from them. They just didn't seem to care about my concerns. I felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. It was really frustrating.
I also had some issues with their website. It was really hard to navigate, and I couldn't find the information I needed. I ended up having to call them, which was a waste of time.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Values Tax. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their customer service was just too poor, and their website was too difficult to use. I hope they can improve in the future, but for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Disappointed with Values Tax: Low Price but Hidden Fees for Amendments
I recently had my federal taxes done by Values Tax for a low price of only 19 bucks. However, when I needed to make a small change and requested an amendment, they hit me with a fee of 29 dollars. I was not happy about this and do not recommend their services.
I mean, come on, why charge me more for a simple amendment? It seems like they are just trying to squeeze more money out of me. I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but this just seems like a rip-off.
Overall, I was not impressed with Values Tax and would not use their services again. I would recommend finding a different tax service that is more upfront about their fees and doesn't try to nickel and dime you for every little thing.

Disappointing Experience with Values Tax: Inadequate Tax Estimates and Poor Guidance
I gotta say, my experience with Values Tax was not great. They don't seem to know much about tax estimates, which is a real bummer. I mean, I was hoping to get some solid advice and guidance, but it just felt like a waste of time. Honestly, it was pretty bad. Like, really bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay away if you can.
Disappointing Experience with Values Tax: Mistakes and Extra Charges
I used Values Tax to file my taxes this year and unfortunately, I had a few issues with their service. Three times they made mistakes on my tax return, which resulted in me receiving fines from both the state and federal government. It was frustrating to have to deal with these issues, especially since I trusted them to handle my taxes correctly.
To make matters worse, when I contacted Values Tax about the mistakes, they asked me to pay an additional amount to correct the errors. I was not happy about this, as I felt that it was their responsibility to fix their own mistakes without charging me extra.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Values Tax. While I appreciate their attempt to help me with my taxes, their mistakes ended up costing me more money and time in the long run. I would not recommend their services to others, as I do not feel that they are reliable or trustworthy.
Poor Service from Values Tax: Delayed Tax Return Amendment and Lack of Assistance
I ain't happy with the service of Values Tax. I asked them to amend my tax return, but it's taking them forever to do it. I mean, I paid them good money and they can't even do their job on time. And to top it off, they expect me to do all the work like mailing the documents. What kind of service is that? I'm not impressed at all.
Terrible Experience with Valuestax: Avoid at All Costs
I had a really bad experience with Valuestax. They made so many mistakes on my tax return and it took forever for them to fix it. I kept asking them why my returns were still pending, but no one ever responded to me. It was really frustrating. They were so nice when I was paying them, but once they had my money, they didn't care about me anymore. I would definitely recommend that you avoid Valuestax.
Disappointing Customer Service and Broken Promises: My Experience with Values Tax
Values Tax is a company that I had the misfortune of dealing with recently. I must say, they were quite persistent in their efforts to get me to pay them. They called me more than twice a day, every day, until I finally gave in and paid them. However, once they got their money, they completely ignored my emails and calls. It's quite disappointing to see a company that doesn't value their customers after they've received payment.
Another thing that really irked me about Values Tax is that they never paid me the referral bonus that they promised. They kept promoting their services and encouraging me to bring in more people, but when it came time to pay up, they conveniently forgot about it. It's not fair to make promises that you can't keep, and it's certainly not a good way to build trust with your customers.
Overall, I would advise anyone to stay away from Values Tax. They may seem sweet and friendly at first, but once they get what they want, they'll leave you hanging. There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you with the respect and honesty that you deserve. Don't waste your time or money on Values Tax.
